Close to everything in town and only minutes from the airport, and many area restaurants. Walking distance or a short Cab/ Uber ride away from many of the attractions along the Chena River and downtown Fairbanks.
This 1,000 sq. ft. apartment has a separate bedroom and bathroom, with a brand new Queen size bed and luxury linens. We even thought of black out shades in the bedroom for those long summer days in Alaska, bathrobes for use during your stay. A well appointed kitchen and separate living room with cozy sofa and desk area. You will find everything you need for relaxing after a long day of travel, site seeing or any adventure you choose.
Located in a commercial building you will have plenty of privacy and quiet, as well as 24 hour security. We are very close to The University of Alaska, Fairbanks and about 100 miles from Denali National Park - an easy 1.5 hour drive away.
Designed for a traveling couple, but there is easily room for a small child or baby. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. Absolutely no smoking, please!
