Why not stay in a perfectly positioned, incredibly updated house that overlooks MAGNOLIA LAKE and fountain with ocean views from both decks. Our home has 4 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms, and a outdoor shower. This home has beautiful amenities such as granite and quartz in the kitchen and bathrooms, tile/hardwood throughout and custom composite decking on both levels. The large decks are perfect for relaxing in the sun or shade while enjoying the ocean breeze.

We purchased this home in the Summer of 2018 and have spend thousands of dollars each season continuously updating every part of our home to make it something special for our family and yours! When you spend a week at our beach home you will have a spacious and tastefully decorated home that is sure to make your vacation wonderful (in fact we have heard from past vacationers that they found it hard to leave)!

We're just a short walk to the beach, recreation center, pools, and new water park. There are ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms, family room and kitchen, along with TV’s and expanded cable in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all brand new supplies that will be more than you need to cook and serve your meals including as well as a gas grill for your BBQ needs. A washer/dryer plus irons and ironing boards are also provided. There is an outside hot/cold shower for washing off the sand after a fun-filled day at the beach. There is covered parking under the house for four cars. We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do.

The outside areas of our property are monitored 24x7 with surveillance cameras.
