Enjoy a family beach vacation at Splash Beach Resort in Panama City Beach. 1602E is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with all of the conveniences of home. Spectacular gulf views enjoyable from both the Living room and Master bedroom. Welcome to your home away from home in which to enjoy your beach vacation in Panama City Beach.

Check-in is anytime after 3PM and Check-out is 10AM

Also enjoy Free Beach Chair Service for stays March-October !!!!

Please note: YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT OUR CONDO!

MAXIMUM GUEST LIMIT IS 6! This includes all children under the age of 2. Outdoor Camera will be used to verify amount of guests in unit. Failure to follow this maximum will result in immediate cancellation and removal at the expense of guest.

NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON BALCONY-THIS INCLUDES INCENSE- $250 cleaning fee will be charged out of your deposit.

ABOUT SPLASH BEACH RESORT

Splash Resort's amenities are quite unique among Gulf Coast resorts and there is something here for everyone. There is a swimming pool and Jacuzzi located right next to the main kids play area where the water slides and enormous bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water every 45 seconds are located. There is also a state of the art fitness facility overlooking the pool and lazy river. There is a poolside Bar & Grill with tables by the pool and a reasonably priced menu. High Speed Internet access is available many common areas around the resort, including a Wi-Fi lounge area with comfortable seating. There is an Alvin's Island beach apparel, accessories and surf shop. Also, there is a mini grocery store, coffee and ice cream shop located onsite, giving Splash just about everything that most guests need on their vacation so that they need not leave until they are ready to check out.

We loved our stay! The condo was comfortable, clean, and had all the accommodations we needed plus some for our family of 4 (2 adults, 9 y/o, and 1 y/o). Would definitely stay here again! I read a lot of reviews about elevator wait times. I want to say we never had any major issues with staying on a high floor like the 16th. As long as your expectation is not set to be able to get on every eleavtor first go, youll be fine! We never had to wait longer than 5 minutes and that wait time was just necause of all our stuff we were lugging around. It was a non issue for us!

This property truly exceeded our expectations. Traveling with four kids can be a challenge, but this home made everything feel effortless. The space was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully arranged, and stocked with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable week-long stay. Every detail felt intentional, which made a big difference for our family. The hosts were responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with throughout our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Loved the condo, have stayed at splash many times. This unit was perfect for us and our 3 kids. High floor is great. Carpeted living room and bedroom is a plus for us. The living room furniture is not very comfortable but that’s just personal preference. Would stay here again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay, clean and spacious. I loved the balcony in the master bedroom and the fact second room was far enough away from master so mom and dad could get some good sleep. Condo had everything we needed. Thank you! Webb Family

One of the Best!

We've stayed at Splash several times and by far this is the best condo we've rented. It was spacious and had lots of little extras that made the trip very comfortable (extra trash bag, hand soap, extra towels, etc.). The balcony door also was super smooth (unlike some others we've stayed in), lots of outdoor seating.

Spring break

Clean, very spacious, our kids 9 and 13 loved the pools our 1 year old loved the splash pad. The property is right on the beach. Riptide bar was excellent, we also grilled, the kitchen had everything we needed. We had walmart deliver groceries. The elevators were not a problem came very fast and was right out side the door. Loved this space hope to book again.

Awesome condo with amazing views

My sister and I decided to visit PCB for spring break with our kids ages 7,7 & 8. We stayed at this condo because it had AMAZING reviews, and they weren't wrong! Everything was exactly as described in the ad. As for communication with the owners, we had a couple little hiccups that were responded to and resolved within hours. Communication was quick, easy and perfect. As for the building, we had no issues at all waiting for the elevators, even though this unit is on the 16th floor. It also wasn't crazy busy as it was 3 years ago when we were here. We were always able to find seats at any of the pools (which were warm and comfortable) and of course the reserved chairs on the beach, make this a no-brainer! The unit is right in front of the elevator when you reach the floor. The bedrooms were comfy and the rooms were perfectly spread out from one another to give each of us and our kiddos space. We never once felt like we were on top of each other. The only thing I thought was weird, was that there was nothing in the unit at all for quick use, laundry soap, dish soap, etc. We got in super late at night and were to exhausted to go grocery shopping. While there was a Keurig and coffee pods (bonus!) there was not a drop of sugar or anything. Usually (at least at other places we've stayed) there would be salt, pepper, sugar, etc, little non-perishable things like that. The only other thing we noticed that there was no counter space in the kitchen. I highly recommend this place!

Splash stay

The condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean, spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. Chairs/umbrellas on the beach were great. A couple things that were tough, but no fault of owners/issue with condo: congested check-in with long waits for luggage racks. Long wait for elevators. We would definitely return, just not over a busy holiday weekend.

Family spring break trip

We stayed at this property for a week for a family spring break trip. The condo was very spacious for the four of us. It was very clean and well maintained. We ate the majority of meals in the room and the condo provided everything we needed to cook. The condo is right by the elevators which we never found to be too noisy. We love the pools and splash pad at the resort! The condo provided two beach chairs which we used everyday. There is also a coffee shop on site that we got Thomas donuts from! We were surprised how good the food at the pool bar was! Overall we had a wonderful trip and can’t wait to come and stay in this condo again!

Wonderful Vacation

We have vacationed many times at Splash but I must say this was the cleanest rental we have stayed at in Splash. Everything was as pictured and easy check in. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean condo with great view of the beach!

Condo was clean and had basic amenities. It was exactly as the pictures described. The resort itself was clean but very crowded and could use some updating. Elevators didn’t work properly and had absolutely no air circulating in them. Elevator dropped back to ground floor while attempting to go up with me and another gentlemen on. Also on several occasions the elevator doors wouldn’t open and had to be pried apart. Each time the resort was told but I never saw them being checked or repaired. This condo is on the 16th floor so very difficult to use the stairs with beach items or luggage. Overall the condo is clean and has great views of the beach. I would just keep in mind the elevators are a coin toss on if they will work properly.

The property, condo, and amenities were excellent. The water was so clear! We saw sea turtles almost daily, dolphins, and schools of fish! Highly recommend!!
