View is Sublime

Extremely comfortable and spacious property with a terrific view. The condo offers views of the ocean from three distinct areas. Walking distance to Balneario Pico de Piedra and popular beachside nite spot . Short drive to Rincon or Aguadilla.

Very unique place

First and foremost, My family and I want to thank Mr. Mark for allowing us to stay and enjoy this special place. We found it to be very clean and comfortable. The property is located strategically in an area nearby surfing towns and amazing beaches. Alongside with good people, restaurants and attraction sites, this unique place will definitely entice guests to truly enjoy yet keeping it simple and overall very nice. My family and I would certainly experience it again. Thanks Mark!

Paradise location

Location was superb! So much beautiful scenery yo enjoy right outside your front door. Beaches were so close And amazing . Mark was great communicative, insightful and helpful. My only disappointment was the air conditioning. Could not enjoy the place other than in the rooms with the AC, which in my opinion defeated the purpose of rented a when house/condo. Couldn't use master bathroom either.

Thank You Melissa Yes There is only AC in 2 bedrooms and the Master bedroom Bathroom is fixed now sorry about that I was unaware of the problem during your stay . I encourage any future guest if there is issue to email or text me so that can schedule my maintenance team to fix the problem during your stay .

Beautiful Townhome

We love staying in this townhouse. This was the third time that we rented this townhouse. Very roomy, quiet and close to all the restaurants and most important the beach. The townhouse is very clean and includes all the necessities. The owner Mark Yost is very helpful and responds quickly to the emails. Beautiful townhouse...fantastic location. If you are looking to stay in a beautiful home,,looking to relax, quiet, fantastic places to eat, bars then this is the place to stay. I highly recommend this Beach Bungalow! My family and friends are asking me about this townhouse.

Lovely location, adequate amenities

First the positives: Mark has always been very nice and very responsive. The condo is an interesting multi-level home with a lovely view of the ocean from the kitchen level balcony and the rooftop. Everything you really need is provided. There are lots of restaurants and bars very nearby and a nice beach too. Room for improvement: Compared to other HomeAway and VRBO properties we've stayed in over the years, there were a number of things missing that would have made the condo more convenient. There was no clothes basket even though the washer and dryer are on the entry level. There was no drainer or dishpan in the kitchen. There are absolutely no towel racks. (There's plenty of room in the master bedroom for a collapsible rack for drying towels and swimsuits.) The dryer door could be reversed to open more conveniently in the narrow laundry room. There was no ice cream scoop - important in our family anyway. Obviously none of these things is terribly important, but not having them did make our stay less user friendly.

EXCELLENT

Spent a week at this place and am totally satisfied. Clean, well maintained, close to everything we needed and wanted to do. Owners very pro active and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend this rental.

AMAZING!!!!

First time in PR with a couple of buddy's of mine. We found marks place one of the most affordable and the location is perfect. The house is incredibly fresh if you open the windows. The property was very clean once we got there. We had everything we needed pans, plays, silverware, cups, etc. You have bars and places to eat just down the hill. The beaches to surf a really close like Rincon and some other. 100% recomened Marks place to anybody. Going back this year again. Cheers

Great time

Had a very good time the place was super clean and very affordable compared to other places around there. I would rather rent again in the house instead of staying in a hotel or motel. Great experience.

Wonderful Stay in Paradise!

The owner did a great job with this place. Very nice accomodations including the kitchen area leading to a great patio view of the ocean. One of the favorite things I did each morning. Five minute walk to the ocean, which was breathtaking. Bathrooms on each floor with plenty of linens and a special surprise for me in the main bath (bidet). No problems keeping the place clean and there were even unexpected toiletries available. My girl and I may very well use this place again soon!

Thank you for the good review and the compliments. For me it's around a 1.5 min walk to the beach the beach just down the hill around 700 ft more or less . The Ocean views are breathtaking from the Town Home. I wish I was there now drinking a cold one barbequing and soaking in the ocean view .

Awesome rental!

I loved the rental! Mark was extremely easy to rent from with great communication. His rental is in a great location and very clean with great views of the ocean. Minutes away from the beach, restaurants, bars, nightlife and grocery store. I felt very safe and would highly recommend. We cooked breakfast in the morning and enjoyed cocktails before venturing out in the evening. Ricon is very close and we enjoyed going there to swim in the ocean. We also ventured to the rainforest only about 40 minutes away to hike, swim and jump from the waterfalls. Puerto Rico is absolutely amazing and renting from Mark is a great choice!

Exceptional property

What you see on the pictures is exactly what you get with this property. My family and I (husband and two children) felt like we were home. Mark was just a phone call away which made us feel at ease. He even talked to me about what we could do with the kids while out there. There is a small bar right down the hill that also serves food. It's on the beach front and very good. We especially enjoyed the restaurant right down the street called The Island, the mojito is delicious and I suggest to try the mofongo. Really anything you get is great, and a good size serving. The beaches were not meant for my 2 yr old. She only went into the water if we were holding her because the waives were strong. But when you are on an island the choices are endless! All in all we had an amazing time and will definitely be staying at this condo again. I would (and already have) recommend this property to my friends and anyone asking.

Thank You Monica for the fantastic review! The Ocean is unpredictable I seen it calm and glassy then turn ruff in matter of minutes, but in general the waves do pick up in the winter.

vacations home!!

Townhome was wonderful, full kitchen, two bedrooms, washer and dryer, three bathrooms, like it says hom eaway from home :) very roomy for a family of four.. great location, tons of resturants to choose from , beaches are near by, MUST MUST go to crash boat ... best beach ever.. I would recommend to put a TV in livingroom and DVD player for the kids..Thanks you Mark once again for sharing your townhome with us , and always being there for any questions !!

Beautiful townhome up the street from the beach

Townhome was beautiful and located in safe area just above the beach. Don't stay there on San Juan night if you don't want to hear the party from the beach. Otherwise, very quiet and solitary. No noise from neighbors. AC only in bedrooms, so no sitting around in the living room or kitchen. House was very clean and freshly painted. We never cooked, but has a full kitchen. Nice view, but rooftop (deck) was disappointing. Good plumbing in bathrooms and plenty of hot water. Owner's name is Mark and he was always available and super helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

My impression regarding the property was great.

The property fit all my needs. It was an excellent stay. My family was very happy with the stay. Thanks Mark for permitting me to have a wonderful vacation this year (July 2013). The accomodations could not have been better. It was all what I expected it to be. The rooms were spacious, clean and had good air conditioning. I could not have asked for more.. Thank you once again..I recommend all to plan a stay at this apartment house you will not regret it...The beach is in walking distance. The stores are nearby. There are many attractions close to the apartment. The pictures shown in internet are exactly was is shown..Beautiful to wake up in the morning.

Amazing location

A few of my co workers and I stayed in this amazing townhouse for a few days and we were all highly impressed. Honestly the pictures don't really grab the scope of how nice this place is and how perfect it's location is. There are only a few issues we had. There is no wifi so be prepared for that (Mark have us quick directions to a local McDonalds that has wifi and they had no problem with us dropping by to use it), the hot water was a little tricky but was not a major problem at all and the only other thing was there was no oven. All of those minor things aside this place was perfect. We loved the rooftop access. We love the amazing beach which is just a few steps from the house. We loved the community. We loved the abundance of places nearby to eat. We loved how close the house was to Rincon and Aquadilla. We loved the design and layout of the house. I am recommending this house to all my friends, coworkers, clients, and family.

Thank you for the great review Stafon ! The hot water issue is fixed as of 6/7/2013 . And I will be adding a microwave oven and wifi in the near future. Stay Tuned!

Awesome place at a great price!

What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will get. The condo is spacious, has great views, it is in great condition and the surrounding area makes you feel very safe - all for what I consider an excellent price. A special thanks to the property owner, he is truly remarkable. We arrived in the middle of the night and he was very accommodating by being readily available in case we got lost on our way to the property. He also followed up with us a few times during our stay and after the fact to ensure our outmost satisfaction. We cannot wait to go back!

Perfect perfect perfect

Everything you see in the pictures is literally what you get. Beautiful view, spacious apartment, greeeat and convenient location (minutes from restaurants, beaches, pubs, Rincon), calm neighborhood, really nice neighboors, the house is fully equiped (kitchen tools, towels, laundry room, bbq, everything). I have to highlight that the owner, Mark, was super super super helpful and charismatic, we liked him a lot! I am definetively going back! Para los que hablan español, en pocas palabras, quédense aquí porque es espectacular.

Good location and amenities

I would like to say that my stay at this house was just perfect. The owner (Mark) was really friendly and helpful from the beginning. The house is really well located in Aguada between Ricon (15min) and Isabella (25min). I found that to be good for who was looking to surf the best surf spots in the region. Even when is big enough you can surf right in front of the house. The house was clean and well maintained with all you need to have a good meal using the full equipped kitchen. I definitely  would stay here again !!!  Jacques U. Funke
