CARINYA AT THE SPRINGS is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom private home, spread over 2 levels. Our home is set on a very private elevated flat block with no stairs to enter house

Enjoy a BBQ & alfresco dining under the shade of the beautiful trees or at night under a wondrous sky full of stars. OR enjoy the comfort of AIR CONDITIONING to cool the house down

LIVING SPACE
Living area is all open planned, leather lounges in the lounge room & an 8 seater dining table & outside BBQ setting. There is a 55" TV with surround sound. Music is via a surround sound system & we do supply CD's with various music. There are also games & cards supplied

KITCHEN
Full size kitchen with electric oven & gas cooktop. Full size fridge/ice maker and microwave. & dishwasher. Ample cooking utensils, pots and pans and crockery & entertaining crockery ie platters etc. Salt & pepper supplied, as well as cooking salt, white & raw sugar & spices. There is a coffee machine as well

BEDROOMS
Beds in 3 of the bedrooms can either be split into singles or made up as king beds. 4th bedroom 2 singles. Main bedroom has large TV, DVD player & there is another TV/Blue Ray TV in downstairs bedroom. Each bedroom has an oil heater for your winter warmth & ample extra blankets. Porta cot and hi chair available free of charge. If you request the porta cot this will be made up as well

BATHROOMS/LAUNDRY/GARAGE
Bathrooms are supplied with shampoo, conditioner & body soap. Main bathroom upstairs has a huge spa bath, toilet & vanity. Downstairs main bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet & vanity. There is also a separate toilet & hand basin. Hand towels & toilet paper are provided. There is a hair dryer

Laundry has large 8kg washing machine and clothes dryer, iron & ironing board, clothes basket/pegs. There is an external clothes line as well

Unlimited Wi-Fi Internet is FREE of charge as well

There is a single garage not for car use due to firewood being stacked there for easy indoor access to wood, but there is plenty of room for secure storage for your personal items ie bikes etc & off street parking for 2 cars only

Special conditions:

* Late check outs on weekends, will be OK'd if we don't have a booking commencing on departure day. Also not available during school holidays

PETS Careful pets are welcome as well. But PLEASE note we do not have fencing & pets must sleep in the attached garage and are not to be inside the house/carpeted areas. Stainless steel feeding bowls supplied.

Linen/bed making maybe hired and house must be cleaned by tenants on departure. All cleaning products provided. However, should you wish TO REALLY have a holiday you may book a full clean on your departure @ $130.00

Porta cot/cot blanket and hi chair available free of charge. Smoking outdoors only
