This holiday home is one of the most popular houses on Gut klein Bollhagen: The living and sleeping areas as well as a small country house kitchen are distributed over 77 square meters over two floors, with romantic and authentic furnishings. This house has a very special charm, a sunny terrace and a private garden facing south-west.

You enter the house through a porch directly into the fully equipped kitchen. There is space for jackets and shoes in a small wardrobe. The large fireplace forms the centerpiece of the living room, around which are filled bookshelves and comfortable sofas. A large dining table offers space for cozy hours together. Floor-length windows open to the terrace and garden, equipped with garden table, chairs and loungers.

A staircase leads to the upper floor. The bedroom has a high quality box spring bed from the French manufacturer Treca Interiors. Large suitcases can also be stored in the wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds, one of which can be pulled out to form a double bed. Small desks invite you to read and write, with a view of the greenery. The full bath is located between the bedrooms.

The idyllic estate "Das Gut klein Bollhagen" with a large estate park, between the forest and paddocks, is quietly located in the small village of Klein Bollhagen. The nearest beach entrance, a little frequented natural and dog beach, is only 1.5 km away. The fine sandy beaches with beach chairs from Kühlungsborn and Heiligendamm are less than 3 km away and can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Furnishing
All our cottages have their own garden with a terrace and furniture so that you can spend your vacation outdoors as much as possible. Should the weather not play along: Most of our houses are equipped with an open fireplace.

Your holiday home is fully equipped to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The basic equipment includes toilet paper, soap, washing-up liquid, dish towels, dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper, vinegar and oil, coffee filter. Matching tablecloths and garden pads are in every house. In the chamber you will find vacuum cleaners, hand brushes, mops and cleaning utensils.

For families with babies and toddlers we have baby equipment: a travel cot, covered with suitable bed linen and a high chair. If required, we will be happy to attach a safety gate for stairways before your arrival.

In the middle of the complex is the wellness house - use is included for our guests. Here you will find a Finnish dry sauna, a Zen relaxation area as well as a toilet and shower. Outside there is a sun terrace with loungers and a small outdoor jacuzzi.

Every holiday home on the Gut klein Bollhagen is privately overgrown, so that guests can enjoy their vacation in complete privacy. The cottages are largely invisible from the outside, so you can retreat completely relaxed. Our facility is located on a road with little traffic with a speed limit of 30. There is no car and street noise with us.

Security is an important aspect of vacation planning, especially for families with children. The small Bollhagen estate is largely fenced, the entrances are secured by electronic gates. The facility is fully illuminated at night. Our caretaker often goes on a control tour in the evening. Your holiday home is equipped with smoke detectors that are regularly serviced. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are on hand in an emergency.

Pets
Pets are very welcome at Gut Bollhagen! For this we charge a one-time cleaning surcharge of 20 euros, payable in cash on arrival. Several pets are also possible. If your dog listens to your word, feel free to let it run free in your garden. Please pay attention to the safety and well-being of other guests, especially children. The gardens of the holiday homes are only partially fenced.
