The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a shower room with WC; upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a dressing room, and a second shower room with WC. Sleeping arrangements: 2 double beds (140 cm) and 1 single bed (90 cm). Enjoy a private enclosed garden at the rear with a terrace, garden furniture, awning, barbecue, and sun loungers, as well as a TV for your relaxation.
The bus station is 500 m away, the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6.3 km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive.

To be paid upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €500 for the rental, €150 for cleaning, and the tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:

- Linens: bed linen €12 (one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases) per bed per week; set of two bath or beach towels €12 per week; set of two bath mats €7 per week; kitchen linen (two tea towels and two hand towels) €7 per week.

- Cleaning: €150.
The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
