***Same night booking requires Host manual booking, please send them a request.*** This Studio is private and great for that person on the go. The unit comes with mini Fridge/freezer, microwave, TV WiFi, Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV+, Max, and Amazon Video. It has a large bathroom along with a keyless entry through a side gate. Even though the space is small it feels much larger than you might think due to the high ceiling and tall windows.

Visitors- NO VISITORS! Only those number of guests that have booked are allowed. Parties are unsafe and will be shut down, reservation will be cancelled, and no refund given.

Multiple listings- There is another listing adjacent to this unit that shares a well insulated wall. Both units are separated from the main house.

Smoking - No smoking, anywhere. There will be a $150 remediation charge for ozone equipment and scrub down.

Pets - Pets must be approved by host. Please request with animal type, size and how they will be kept inside. Messes will result in a $150 additional cleaning charge.

Air - Adjust the remote as you see fit. Please keep windows and doors shut while in operation. When you leave, please turn the air off.

Door Mini Blinds - The upper left Slider will open and close the blinds, the right slider will raise and lower them.

Iron - The iron and board is located under the counter.

Bath Towels- Do not use towels to wash off makeup, blood or bodily fluids that will stain. Only use paper towels provided.

Messes - Please pickup any messes with the paper towels, provided under the sink. Stains on bedding or towels will result in a back charge to cover the cost of these items.

Street Parking - parking is available anywhere on Los Medanos St/8thSt. Please do not park in front of the neighbors house left of the gate.

Noise - There is a 10pm cut off for general noise, music, etc. This room shares walls with another studio so we ask that all sounds be low enough so the next room will not be disturbed.

TV- Please keep your TV to a reasonable level and be respectful to others. Likewise, if another resident is too loud, please text us so we can take care of it.

Cancellation Policy Update - In addition to our cancellation policy, pathogen or illness related cancellations will not receive refunds.
