Excellent value

The ground floor apartment was very clean and well-appointed. It was perfect for three old men on a fishing trip. Plenty of parking, no noise, and absolutely as advertised.

Wonderful family getaway!

My family and I just left here from a wonderful 7 day vacation. We wanted to do a Disney themed Christmas and had so much fun. This place was perfect and very close to each of the parks and also the shopping outlets. The hosts were very quick to get back to us if we had any questions or needed anything and seemed very nice (we never actually met them) but I really appreciated the fact that anytime I emailed them I got a response within 30 min or less. Beautiful house and very quiet. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if coming to the area. A big thank you to the hosts for sharing their home with us😊

Really appreciate you and your family so thoughtful and nice, you were best guests we met. Everything was so clean and tidy even good smell everywhere, so respectful and caring, really welcome warmly back anytime. It was so nice experience for us. Your dogs were so lovely also. STAY AWAY!!!!

The home owner booked the house to someone else after I made our booking for the house she is not a honest person in anyway at all . Left us without a place to stay had to find a hotel for our stay . Don’t know how Vrbo can deal with a person like that

BAD! BAD!

The Host is indicating that I am lying and not saying anything about compensating me! There was a problem with the plumbing before we checked in. And' the Repairman was still there when we checked in! We checked out noon time, Thursday 22nd Dec. 2022. Also' due to repairs; we were not allowed to check in, until afternoon 20th Dec. 2022.

Unfortunately this guest clogged toilet first then clogged tub, When they checked in after two days, clogged constantly happened, we found some fabric in tub, a lot of food trash in sink pipe, we had to call professional worker used camera found out reason, they caused to our fixed fee $1028.78. Before they checked in, this issue never had happened before, until they stayed few days. In fact, we maintained very well, just finished a complete check 3 months ago. We really hope we don’t have to take this kind of worse experience both if more good behavior and thoughtful.

Great location!

This house is very pretty, and is in a great location. The owners were very sweet, but did have it listed as a 2 bathroom until the day we checked in and I pointed it out, so she changed it to a 1 bathroom. It also did not list that the home was the owners residence as well, so that was a big surprise to us. However, they were very accommodating and did have a private entrance set up for us. I do wish they would have had cooking utensils there for us. (we were only supplied with a few forks, spoons, and knives. Nothing to actually cook with other than 2 pans) I’m detailing this so the owners can make the necessary changes. Overall, it was a great place to stay and would recommend it to others. ♥️♥️

Thank you for your feedback. Very glad your family won the fishing competition in Lake Toho nearby. We were surprised when you and your friend’s family showed up on us including two couples, one babe and 2 dogs, two big boats and two large pickup trucks. Cos you application simply stated for one guest. It was totally different situation. But we considered you could not find out another place at that afternoon as your big team, so we accepted you and didn’t ask your pay extra fee even though single person and 5 guests are totally different price rate. And we happy to supplied additional everything which you required, including your two large boats recharged every day and park lots with two large pickup trucks also, laundry everyday, all for free for you for 7 days. So that only our electric bill was increased over $100 this month, we never asked you extra fee. Anyway, this was our support for you to get fishing competition reward. We are happy we did our best during your staying.

BEWARE! This is a bait and switch. This is not the property they put us in. There was no river view, no porch, no grass. It was an old little condo in a gated community with the only view being other condos. They put us in a listing that wasn't even the same address and then said it was a decision they made for our comfort! Then they stopped communicating for two entire days. After informing them of how angry I was that we did not receive what we paid for and that I wanted a refund....they said they would refund us our last two days of our stay (Saturday and Sunday) and that we had to vacate the property by Friday at 11! That is not a refund. That is an eviction.I was contacted by the actual owner of the crappy little condo Wei/Viviane placed our group in and he said that Wei/Viviane had booked his condo for much cheaper than we had paid for our original booking, then put us in it without telling him. He was supposed to have a whole new group of people staying on Friday evening and we had booked our original listing through Sunday! This created so much havoc. Constantly throughout a business trip with colleagues having to leave the conference to go speak with VRBO and fight with a fake "host" about our booking was ridiculous. And I still have not been refunded any of my money.

We’re very sorry that this guest’s experience didn’t meet expectations, but we’d like to clarify a few important details for future travelers. The original booking was for a 1-bedroom den apartment with only 2 beds, but the group consisted of 5 adult colleagues. To ensure their comfort, we upgraded them—at no extra cost—to a much larger 3-bedroom townhouse with 5 separate beds and full resort facilities. We tried to contact them several days before arrival, but the registered phone number was not theirs and our messages through Vrbo were not read in time. Once communication was established, they confirmed the upgrade. After check-in, they mentioned a minor stain on a piece of furniture; we immediately refunded $80 the same evening. Despite our efforts to provide better accommodation, they continued to express dissatisfaction, so we fully refunded the unused nights and shared proof of all refunds through Vrbo messages. All conversations and refunds had recorded in Vrbo messages. We truly respect all our guests and always act transparently and in good faith. Our goal is to ensure comfort and fairness for every stay.

Close to Disney

Overall we had a good stay. Few things to note. The check in time listed on here says 11am. Upon leaving I was told 10am which was not the best solution for us as we were waiting to pick up our daughter who could not be picked up until 12:30 and being that we traveled with our two small dogs we were trying to not be stuck without somewhere to keep them until then. When I questioned the owner I was told we needed to leave as they had other renters coming today and had to clean. Offered us to stay in yard with our dogs. While I appreciated that offer the listing was wrong and I felt they should have honored. We left by 10:26 and drove around. The reason we didn’t take them up on staying in their yard is my other complaint. The minute I took my dogs out to the yard leashed to use the bathroom two of the neighbors dogs were never leashed and kept running out and barking at my dogs causing a commotion. We had to repeatedly tell the neighbor to contain their dogs. We did ask our VRBO home owner to speak with that neighbor and they text back the dogs are friendly but neighbor often lets both of them run free. Nothing changed the duration of the stay so if you are traveling with pets please take note in this as I was very put off with being told if the dog gets bit it gets bit (this was told to us by the neighbor and owner of the two loose dogs). We had two small dogs and I in no way want any issues with any dogs ever. House was clean and love that’s was close to Disney parks.

Hi Jennifer, Thank you for your feedback about that you had a good staying in our house and the unit close to Disney parks. Sorry Cos our porch and backyard have big enough, guests never had any complained to hang out in riverfront in backyard or stay in porch after checking out time in our hundreds guests in past, then we didn’t pay attention the details when guest need to extra time in the room after checking out and Neigbour’s dogs. We will do better next time, welcome back. Thank you for choosing our unit.
