DESCRIPTION:


With floor to ceiling magic touches and newly updated décor, this home offers the ultimate Florida escape. Tall ceilings and big windows provide lots of natural light, bringing the outdoors in. This house comes with all the features needed to make a cozy home away from home with just a little touch of magic.

Check-in is a breeze with the brand new Smart-Keypad, which lets you use a personalized code that is set before you arrive. After a push of a button, step inside the freshly decorated mini-mansion and begin your vacation the right way!

In the living area, take a seat in the big comfy couch and enjoy the flat-screen smart TV with included cable and streaming apps. Feel free make use of the Playstation 4 in our Toy Story themed playroom, which allows for gaming, & DVD/Blue-Ray viewing. The TV also features built in apps like NETFLIX, Prime Video, Disney+ and more so you can stream the kids favorite shows! In addition, the playroom has plenty of toys, games, coloring books and board games - as well as a foosball table - to keep the whole family busy.

If your family has any movie buffs, they'll love stepping inside the Star Wars Movie Theater. There you'll find a large smart TV, a booming soundbar, and comfy couch seating for the entire family (including recliners!). A flick of the switch will light the night sky so you can cuddle up with baby Yoda and enjoy your favorite movie under the stars. May the force be with you!

Step outside and take a swim in your private pool, a quick dip in the spa, or grab a chair and kick your feet up on your private deck. The lounge chairs make a perfect spot to sip on your morning coffee while you take in the beautiful outdoors! A large dining table is waiting for you just outside the kitchen so the whole family can eat outdoors together, Florida style!

This house also features a large indoor dining area with plenty of seating, and an oversized island with extra barstools. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, THREE coffee machines (1 Keurig and 2 regular!), oven/stove, dishwasher, pots/pans, silverware, etc. There’s even some sugar, salt, pepper and other cooking necessities so you can whip up your own favorite dish!

Families looking for some rest & relaxation will love the 7 private bedrooms, each featuring their own magical Disney-theme touch! Kids will feel like they never left the park as they sleep in Pooh's treehouse or escape to Neverland! Meanwhile, the adults will love the subtle Disney touches in bedrooms of their own, with just enough magic to make them feel a part of the fun!

There are also 4.5 bathrooms, and the main-floor master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The property also has a washer/dryer is located inside with enough pods/dryer sheets for a few loads if you need them!





IMPORTANT NOTES/HOUSE TIPS

- You will need your own login for NETFLIX, Prime Video, Disney+, etc. Don't forget to log-out when you leave!
- PS4 games available but feel free to bring your own
- Use spa and pool at your own risk - NO EXCEPTIONS
- Minimum age for pool and spa is 18 unless accompanied by adult. Full list of rules are in the guidebook inside the property. Please be careful.
- Each sliding door is equipped with a safety alarm to alert when opened. This helps protect young children from accessing the pool without supervision. If you choose to disable these alarms, you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries incurred.
- BYO K-Cups
- This is a STRICT no smoking property. Failure to adhere to the rule will result in a $250 smoking fee. No exceptions
- Security camera outside home for guest safety
- $20/car entry fee for access cards upon arrival to resort. give your reservation name at the gate and they will set you up with access.
- while we love our furry friends, this home has a strict no pet policy. No exceptions.
- please make sure you watch your step when entering and exiting the movie room, as it is dark and floors and there are some steps!
- please make sure you and your guests use caution when climbing in and out of bunk beds. Please only climb on ladders and intended areas as to ensure your own safety and the safety of our magical beds! Please know you use these at your own risk and we are not liable for any injuries.<
