It is fully connected to internet and cable and has a master suite with King sized bed and private bath/dressing area, two queen bedrooms, each with adjoining full baths, and a loft with three twin beds and a futon. A neighborhood beach is within walking distance (1/2 mile), and a town beach is within a two-mile drive. Newport public beaches are a ten minute drive away, and the neighborhood in which the house is situated abuts a network of walking trails and a park. The house has been completely renovated, updated, and decorated, inside and out. The pool is open starting on Memorial Day weekend and closed mid-September. Cleaning fees additional.
