Step into the warmth of our spacious home with room to gather and relax. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, it's an escape you'll love. Create cherished memories with board game nights or a backyard cookout - you’ll adore the private, lush backyard. Located in the great Wedgwood area, you're just a hop away from delightful shops, eateries, and top spots like UW, University Village, Green Lake, Seattle Children's, and Matthews Beach. This is your chance to enjoy a cozy, family-friendly retreat.
This is a spacious two level home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, about 2321 sqft. It has a dedicated office, and a few steps to entry.
**Floor Plan**
• Main Floor: Kitchen, Dining, Living room, 2 Bedrooms w/ King bed, 1 Bathroom, Office
• Mezzanine: Den / Family Activity Room
• Lower Floor: 2nd Living room w/ smart tv, 1 Bedroom w/ full size bed, 1 bathroom, Laundry
**Home Higlights**
• Accessible home, with 2 bedrooms & living/dining on one level
• A family acivity area loaded with fun games!
• A private, fully fenced backyard with a propane grill and outdoor dining area.
• Dedicated office with a large desk perfect for a work-cation.
• Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, coffee & tea for all your cooking needs.
• Plenty of coffee options (Coffee brewer, French Press and Pour-over). Grinder is provided if you like to bring your own beans.
• All beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses and linens.
• Home has central A/C with two added mini-splits units for extra comfort.
• Plenty of parking on the driveway as well as in front of the house
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• The garage is used for storage and is not part of the rental. There is still plenty of parking on the driveway & along the curb.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
