Top Floor Artist Retreat w/ Backyard & Fireplace

Beautiful and well-appointed Edwardian 5 min walk to both 24th and Valencia street shopping corridors. Top floor, sunny & quiet. Tempurpedic mattress, fiber internet, fully stocked kitchen, wood burning fireplace, Roku television, pull-out queen sofa, bathtub and shower. From the sunny and spacious kitchen, french doors open to a private deck with daybed and a propane BBQ. There is also a large shared garden w/ fruit trees and a woodfired pizza oven.

This has been my full-time home and music studio for the last 15 years and I have invested a lot of time and energy into making it what it is, and I hope that you will enjoy it as much as I do! It is technically a two bedroom, but I use one of the bedrooms as a TV room. The couch pulls out into a comfortable queen bed, and the parlor doors close, so the TV room can be used as a second bedroom. The neighborhood is one of the warmest you'll find in San Francisco, and is full of restaurants, boutiques, bars and parks. In the summer I do all of my cooking and entertaining out on the deck and in the winter I love curling up in a leather club chair by the fireplace and reading a book. The kitchen should have everything you need to cook a meal - the farmers market is just up the street on Thursdays and there are several grocery stores within walking distance as well. There are multiple desks, one with an ergonomic chair and a large Apple monitor that you are welcome to use. The house is an 8 minute walk to BART, which is how I get to and from the airport. During the pandemic I built a pizza oven in the yard!

You'll have access to the entire flat (except a few locked cabinets and closets). The upstairs deck off the kitchen is yours to use exclusively and the yard is shared with the downstairs neighbor.
