Quiet hours between 10pm and 9am apply in order to be respectful to our neighbours. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times in the pool. Above 29, family groups only. No young, single party groups. Maximum 6 adult guests and 10 guests including children and infants. 3 vehicles maximum. No RV parking. There are no refunds for weather, wildfire smoke, acts of god, flight changes, or illness; the guest is recommended to purchase 3rd party travel insurance for this. Minimum 5 nights even if the booking site is allowing you to book shorter stays. Same-day bookings will not be accommodated. Please send a message ahead of time for last minute arrivals. No pets. No smoking anywhere on the property, including on the decks or in doorways. This includes vaping and marijuana. No food or drinks in the pool. No glass anywhere in the backyard/pool deck. The pool temperature must stay below 90'. The windows and doors must remain closed while the air conditioning is on. The pool will maintained as needed. Expect someone to enter the backyard every week or more often as needed.
