This spacious two-story home is designed for comfort, fun, and making unforgettable memories.

On the first floor, you'll find a bright and open-plan living area. The cozy living room, complete with a Smart TV, flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with seating for four. The adjacent dining table seats another six, making it perfect for family meals.

Head upstairs to discover the loft, a second lounge area with a large TV, offering extra space for your group to relax. The five bedrooms provide a restful escape for everyone:

* **Bedroom 5:** A comfortable room with a Queen bed and TV.


The home includes 4 full bathrooms and 1 half bath for your convenience. Step outside to your own private oasis: a screened-in lanai with a sparkling pool, comfortable lounge chairs, and a covered patio perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks.

### House Rules

* Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* At least one guest in the booking party must be 21 years of age or older.

### Important Information

To ensure a smooth stay, please note the following optional services and policies:
* **Pool Heat:** For an additional fee of $30 + tax per night (for the entire stay), you can have the private pool heated. This must be requested at least 2 days prior to your check-in.
* **Barbecue/Grill:** A grill can be rented for $65 + tax per stay, which includes one tank of propane. This must be requested before your check-in.
* **Package Delivery:** Please contact us directly for instructions regarding package deliveries to the property.
* **Concierge Services:** We are happy to help arrange park tickets, grocery shopping, and more to make your vacation seamless.
