This condo is in the best location in the resort. There are beautiful tile floors throughout, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for cooking and entertaining. The condo has 2 bedrooms, each with comfortable king beds and flat screen smart TV's. The master bedroom is ocean front with spectacular views of the beach and Old Port. There is a 52 inch smart TV in the living room, which includes a Queen leather sofa sleeper and love seat. The beautiful dining room set and bar chairs are new as of 2016. WiFi access is available on the router in the kitchen. We have high standards for maintaining our condo and have it deep cleaned and restocked annually. .

Please note that the resort will provide a maximum of SIX wristbands for this condo. One additional child under the age of 2 will be permitted.

This condo is in the rental pool. When renting a condo at Las Palomas, please note the following:

1. The resort processes all rentals and provides a confirmation letter to you showing the details of your reservation.

2. Payment for your reservation is processed by VRBO/Homeaway and Las Palomas. You risk having to pay additional fees when you check in if your reservation is NOT processed by Las Palomas.

3. If you rent outside the rules of Las Palomas, you run the risk of not being permitted to enter the resort and/or being required to book a different condo and pay the rack rate, which is the highest rate. You may also be denied services, including TV, telephone, internet access and on site parking.
