The Space:

Step into a sunny Florida escape that was made for families and groups chasing the best of what Central Florida has to offer. Tucked inside the gated community of Vista Park Phase II in Davenport, this two-story, 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa puts you just a short drive from world-famous theme parks - yet coming home to your own private pool makes it just as tempting to stay put.



Living space

The open-plan ground floor sets a relaxed, welcoming tone from the moment you arrive. Travertine flooring runs underfoot, natural light pours in, and the living and dining areas flow together effortlessly. French doors connect the interior to the pool deck, so indoor and outdoor living blend throughout the day. A dedicated workspace means those who need to squeeze in a few hours of work are taken care of, and room-darkening shades throughout let everyone sleep in after a late night at the parks.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook for a crowd - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and a hot water kettle. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses are all provided. A dining table seats the group for relaxed family meals, and the kitchen essentials supplied at the start of your stay include dish soap, dishwasher pods, and kitchen towels. For longer stays, you may need to restock a few supplies.



Sleeping arrangements

The villa sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a queen bed is perfectly placed for guests who want easy access or a quieter corner. Upstairs, two master suites each feature a king bed, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. A third king bedroom offers additional comfort, while a Mickey-themed twin room is a perennial favorite for younger guests. Extra pillows, blankets, and bed linens are all provided, and a washer and dryer are on hand for longer stays.



Outdoor & pool area

The south-facing private pool is the heart of the home. The oversized deck invites you to spread out in the Florida sunshine, while LED lighting and sprinkler fountains bring the space to life after dark. A bubbling hot tub is ideal for unwinding at the end of a busy day, and the built-in electric BBQ grill under the lanai makes poolside dining easy. Outdoor furniture completes the setup.



Entertainment & extras

A game room in the garage adds another layer of fun on rainy afternoons or quiet evenings in. The villa also includes a TV, pool table, and a pack 'n play/travel crib for families with little ones. Free on-premises parking keeps things easy for groups arriving by car.



Location

Vista Park Phase II sits in Davenport, one of the most popular bases for Orlando vacations. Walt Disney World is roughly 20 minutes away, Disney Springs around 20 minutes, Universal Studios about 30 minutes, and SeaWorld approximately 25 minutes. Orlando International Airport is roughly 35 minutes for those flying in.



Check-in is from 4 PM and checkout is by 10 AM. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please note that pool/hot tub heat comes at extra cost of $35 per day, for the entire stay. We need at least a 48-72 hour notice in order to be able to turn on the heater timely.
