This beautiful vacation house has 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms for up to 10 guests and is located in a gated community that offers a great pool, fitness center, and even a game room!

The kitchen is fully equipped so you can have a nice homemade breakfast or a fun family dinner when everyone wants to spend some time together at home.

All bedrooms offer cable TV, comfortable beds, and ceiling fans and are beautifully decorated for you. Spend the perfect vacation with privacy, comfort, and at the best location.

Bedroom 1: Cozy suite with King king-size bed, cable TV, ceiling fan, carpet, closet, and a large bathroom with tub.

Bedroom 2: Super cute bedroom with 2 Full Size Beds, ceiling fan, carpet, closet, and nice decor.

Bedroom 3: Great bedroom with super comfortable king-size bed, ceiling fan, carpet, and closet.

Bathroom 1: Master Suite bathroom with bathtub/shower and two sinks.

Bathroom 2: This cute upstairs bathroom has 2 sinks for more convenience and a super clean bathtub.

The kitchen offers a microwave, range, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, garbage disposal, pans, cutlery, dishes, and seating area.

There's a laundry room available inside the house, with a washer and dryer - which is behind the door in the upstairs bathroom.

All towels and bedding sets are washed and completely clean for the guests.

Clean and comfortable place

Very clean and comfortable rental property with all major kitchen necessities. Only complaint is the location on VRBO is not correct; we were expecting to be 5-10 min from Disney but it was more like 15-25 min away. I agree with other reviews that the property was hard to find at first. One suggestion for improvement would be to get a larger trash can for the kitchen as the current one is only the size of a bathroom one. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Stay for National Dance Competition at Wide

It was awesome, we loved it! Great location, up to date decor, very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The owner was very responsive and provided all of the necessary information we needed prior to our stay. Because of this we did not need to contact them while there. I had read the reviews and it was also included in the paperwork they sent me, they supply towels but no washcloths. Because of this I packed washcloths and brought a plastic bag so I could pack the wet ones in my suitcase to take back home. Because of this, it was not a big deal. I had also read about the trashcan in the kitchen being small. For that one I would recommend providing a normal size kitchen trashcan. Overall I give our stay there 5 stars and would definitely stay there again.

Okay, Depending On What Your Plans Are

The booking process is weird. I have stayed a lot of places, and never had to do anything like this place required.The property is a little hard to find, as it’s on the back side, away from any driveway or parking. There is no layout given, so you just kind of have to find things. The pool and hot tub are only open until 8pm, so don’t plan on relaxing in there after a long day of being out and about. I may have just overlooked all of these things in my rush to find a place to stay…I’m not sure.The property itself is nice. The bed and pillows are comfortable. We only used the downstairs. It was a little inconvenient that the washer and dryer were upstairs. I wouldn’t say that it’s the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed…but, I clean rental houses for a living. There’s a lot of rules, and guidelines for a place that comes with chipped glasses, and not enough dishes for the number of people it sleeps. The carpet has stains, and the walls have scuffs. The air conditioning is stuck at 78, no matter what you do. The washer takes 2 hours on quick wash. But…It’s decent for a place to sleep. The property is quiet. We were there to do theme parks, and I was disappointed with the drive time. It took us at least 45 minutes to get there each day. One day, it took almost 2 hours to get back. There was an accident, so it was no fault of the property, but I would have preferred to be much closer to the parks. Overall, wouldn’t stay again.

Pros: 1. Bedrooms were perfect size. 2. On-site laundry was amazing. 3. Love having 2 bathrooms. 4. Kitchen was great to have for when we decided to stay in and eat. 5. Neighbors are quiet, it is a mix of vacation rentals and residential townhouses. 6. Pool was clean and a perfect temp, so was the hot tub! 7. Parking was well lit and we definitely felt safe staying there. 8. Close enough to the amusement parks that I didn’t feel like we were wasting time driving there. 9. Tons of food and shopping around the townhouses. 10. Waze/Apple Map directions are spot on to get you directly to the parking lot. Cons: 1. No hangers in any of the closets (so take your own). 2. Make sure you buy laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent before you get there. 3. Take your own washcloths as none are provided. 4. Carpet is getting threadbare so avoid stepping on the thresholds as I have multiple puncture wounds in my feet. 5. Would have been nice to have the cleaning supplies available for us to access to sweep up the tile floors or wipe down counters instead of just using a wet paper towel. 6. Make sure you take TP, they supply the one on the roll and a extra one but if you are a large family and are there a while you’ll need more. 7. Need more lighting in the bedrooms. All they have is a lamp on the side table.

Very spacious and clean

I’ve stayed here twice in two years. They have a lot of amenities and plenty of space. It’s a bit dark in living room. The neighborhood this time was concerning. We hand a woman pull up behind us at the pool with very vulgar music and she was playing it so loud I didn’t want to listen to it. Then a bunch of people come rallying around the car and made us very uncomfortable. We didn’t go back to the pool. The place is very nice, but that no wash cloths or pool towels I won’t be back next time. I hate to say anything negative, but I didn’t feel safe at the pool this time.

Great location near Disney World

This property is perfectly located for visiting Disney's parks and is close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We arrived late afternoon and had trouble finding the property because this particular condo unit is on the REAR of the building so the number isn't visible from the parking area. I called the owner and received help immediately. If you are planning to stay here just know you will not see the unit number from the parking area. The unit is clean and perfectly adequate for a 2-3 night stay. However, there is no kitchen pantry (unlocked at least) so we had our groceries spread out all over the kitchen counters. For folks wanting to stay for more than a couple of days, just know you may have to tolerate groceries everywhere or eat out. The living/dining/kitchen main area is painted a dark color, and the lighting is quite dim so we had to keep the blinds open during daylight hours to be able to see well. Some lamps might help add needed light. The rooms had nice, big closets but only 3 hangers each. So if you are bringing hang-up clothing you need to bring your own hangers. Also the bedrooms could use a little more drawer space. The second king bedroom upstairs had none. It took me a minute to figure out the thermostat, but I was a pro in no time. We stay in VRBO rentals very often, and without fail we always arrive to find that there are kitchen staples left from previous guests such as salt, pepper, spices, coffee, etc. I always plan my grocery list once I have determined what is already in the kitchen. This is the first condo where there is NOTHING in the kitchen. So plan to bring basics with you or do serious grocery shopping your first night. The owner provides one dishwasher pod and one laundry pod so prepare accordingly. They also do not provide washcloths. I am not mentioning these things as negatives, but future visitors need to be prepared before arrival. The owners do provide a welcome letter detailing most of what they do and do not provide. The pool area is nice and has a hot tub. It's a short walk from this condo which the kids loved! We never heard loud or unruly residents in any other neighboring condos so the community is great. It took us about 15-20 minutes to the Disney parks depending on traffic. Overall I do recommend this condo to other families who prefer to save some money vs the over-priced Disney properties. I thought it was a good value for the money we spent and would stay here again!
