Pontos positivos: Limpeza e check-in
Pontos negativos: Comunicação, localização e precisão do anúncio
The description stated family friendly and cozy, but did not appear so upon arrival, and felt unsafe for our stay. The cabin was far from the main road, less than half a block from a liquor convenience store with loiterers, and neighboring cabins closer to the cabin (not pictured well). Windows and window locks not secure enough. Heater did not work. Contacted management company due to safety concerns, and asked for another rental, but they could not due provide one due to differing owners. We paid to stay at a hotel as a result with no refund, including hosting fees. My family has stayed in Big Bear multiple times before, but closer to the lake and the city, which has always been great, but we have not stayed in this particular area prior (chose the area due to an event close by). I would not recommend this location, especially for families.
