I am sure that you will love our villa and have the most memorable vacation ever !Located in Bight Settlement, private entrance “Garden suite”(2 b/1b) is only a 2 minute walk to the Grace Bay beach and Coral Gardens Reef. We are centrally located to the fun-filled nightlife,restaurants, bars, supermarket and stores. Yet Villa is quiet and set back from the road and provides quiet enjoyment for rest&relaxation in the garden or pool. Come and Stay with us today! Live the dream!“Ground Floor Suite” - is a private entrance ground floor 2bedroom/1bathroom rental in big The Tree House By The Beach Villa. There are two bedrooms: one with queen size bed and second one with queen and twin beds. The space is generous and very comfortable about 1200 sqf in total. One full bathroom serves all space. Living room has flat screen TV. Livingroom, dining and kitchen area is one big open space. The villa comes fully-equipped with wireless internet, metered air-conditioning (both bedrooms) and a fully-stocked kitchen and linen closet. Kitchen is very well equipped with water cooler, fridge, ceiling fans, microwave, toaster, boiling electrical kettle, blender, coffee machine, pots, pan cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, etc. . There is also big furnished private porch with breakfast table, chair and sofa and with beautiful view of the tropical gardens and pool. There is a safe to store valuable items. The rental has all you need for your vacation. The garden around the house incorporates a covered lounge/sitting chairs, umbrella, beach towels and swimming pool allowing all guests to experience the outside living of Caribbean island. For your fun and comfort, we offer playing cards, books, family games, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and beach cooler. Washer and dryer are included to make beach living easy.Great for family or friends of 5. Enjoy swimming and snorkeling the world-famous crystal waters of Turks and Caicos-Grace Bay and The Bight just steps away. Next block to the Bight National Park where you can enjoy sailing and THE FAMOUS "FISH FRY" every Thursday (a MUST). Most water-tour company will pick you up from our beach, no driving necessary.

Short Walk from Paradise

This property is perfect if you just want to relax. The beach is literally a five minute stroll (including spotting to smell the flowers). If youre staying with an elder please be advised their is a step up from the bedrooms to enter the jack and Jill style bathroom.

It was perfect proximity to the beach, affording privacy from other beach pedestrians. Very tranquil garden patio and pool. Ivan & Gena’s instructions were spot on & he was available every time I had a question (before & during our vacation). We loved the Treehouse Garden suite!!!

The location of this villa was great, just a short walk to the beach. My sixteen year old daughter and I stayed there alone and felt perfectly safe. It was a bit rustic, we are used to staying in hotels, but we didn't spend much time inside. The neighbors upstairs were quite loud and there was construction next to us that started at 7:30 am . Besides the noise, it was a cozy little villa and came with everything you would need to go to the beach. Better beach chairs would be nice though!

Easy, quiet, simple

Space was perfect for 2 friends traveling together. Location good for exploring island…beach access very close to the reef was a win. Would have been nice if they had a designated spot on the beach with chairs like some of the other rentals we looked at. They do provide chairs/umbrellas that you can bring down to beach. Space was simple and comfortable. Patio was lovely. To note: Def need a car to explore the island more…, worth renting from owners if available. If not, the crew at scooter bobs rents cars and is super…they will do pick up/drop off

Wonderful vacation spot!

We had the most amazing time at the Tree House in Providenciales The house was very close to the beach. We walked there everyday. Excellent snorkeling was a short walk down the beach. . There were many places to eat and a few close by. We rented a car which was a good idea. We hope to come back!

A Special Vacation, A Great Place

Our vacation in Turks and Caicos is exactly what our family needed to relax and unwind. And The Tree House is a perfect place to stay. Our host Gena was there at the same time with her family in another unit on the property; she was so friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, the beach is so close and absolutely beautiful, the pool is nice, and it’s so awesome to stay in the villa with room for the family to spread out. Plus we had the added benefit of staying over New Years to watch the firework displays on the beach. We highly recommend this property. Thank you, Gena. We really had a special time.

Family vacationing

This property is beautifully located about 50m from the beach. Easy to walk almost everywhere but it is nice to have a car to explore the island. I will definitely be back

Great spot!

We loved our stay here! Our family of four had plenty of room and the kitchen and pool were very nice amenities. The snorkeling and parasailing at the beach were excellent. We’d love to come back!

Wild vicious Dogs! We spent half an hour in the car, unable to exit due to wild dogs. Water pressure was at times only enough to brush teeth; not shower. The water heater appeared to be powered by 2 double AA batteries. Furnishings where older; but clean. Location was excellent. Sorry, the owners appear to try hard; but this property was quite disappointing.

A great little hideaway in the perfect location!

Our stay was in the downstairs two-bedroom bungalow for our group of three. The listing is exactly as described. The rooms are very clean, exceptionally comfortable beds, fresh linens and towels available, kitchen was adequately stocked, we had everything we needed for our stay. The bedrooms are air conditioned, but the living areas are not. We thought that was going to be a negative aspect, but after a day, we adjusted, and everything was great. Also, the new water filter system is a plus for drinking, cooking and coffee! If you are looking for a high-end resort, this is not your place. But if you want a comfortable, affordable, clean and cozy, and private location, this can’t be beat! The grocery store, the Turks Brewery (a must!) and shopping are close by, but you need a car to get around. We felt like we were in the middle of a jungle with the beautiful landscape surrounding the home, yet we were only a two-minute walk to the beach. We snorkeled at Grace Bay, saw turtles, stingray, starfish, a barracuda, and lots of different fish. The owners provide a couple of ice chests, chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear for our use which we brought with us to the beach. Gena’s recommendations were spot on! Caicos Dreams Tours picked us up at the beach and we spent a ½ day snorkeling and exploring other remote islands. I mentioned her name when making our reservations and we paid a little less than the quoted online price! Gena and Ivan communicated often with us and provided us very clear instructions on arriving and checking in, and reminders are posted throughout the home on how to operate things like the TV, ACs, etc. which all proved to be helpful. We ran into Ivan while there, he was so welcoming, kind and accommodating. When we return, we will definitely stay at the Treehouse in Turks and Caicos again! Loved it!!

Wonderful lodging in TCI

Gena and Ivan’s home is so comfortable, well equipped, and in SUCH a great location, I would not stay anywhere else when I return. It was 7 minutes from Caicos Adventure Dive Shop. 3 minutes from grocery store. 5-10 minutes from “downtown” Grace Bay. We could choose whether to grill at home or eat out because it is right in the middle of everything. Yet, it is quiet and peaceful. The pool is clean and there are plenty of lounge chairs. The beds are super comfortable and sheets and towels freshly laundered. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was wonderfully quiet and cool. They have snorkel equipment, beach chairs and umbrellas for a relaxed day at the beach. The most amazing part of this rental is it’s prox to Coral Gardens Reef. We snorkeled nightly, unless we were doing night dives there. Fantastic night diving there!!! Gena and Ivan were there while we were and were friendly and helpful. I was so impressed with this rental and Gena and Ivan!

Great for family

Had a great week vacation @ the Tree House. My family of four stayed in the 2br ground unit. We also had some grandparents stay in the studio apartment in the same building. Ivan and Gena gave great instructions. You can tell they have experience running homeaway rentals. Our unit was well equipped and clean. Furnishings looked relatively new. Overall, happy with our stay and would consider staying here again.

As advertised! A lovely cottage feel, three minutes’ walk from a superb beach

We had our coffee each morning, and our cocktail each night!, watching the waves lap at the shore of Grace Bay. It is a true 3-minute walk to water’s edge. The 2BR apartment is comfortable and well equipped - the outdoor grill, coffee maker, and nearby supermarket were all we needed when we chose to cook in. The provided snorkeling equipment let us see sea turtles, rays, and colorful fish among the coral on a moment’s notice. The bathroom is shared among the two bedrooms, so it is a good spot for a family of four (or five) or two couples who know each other well! Gina and Ivan seem to have thought of everything you might need for a quick getaway, and we found the binder they prepared full of helpful information and suggestions. When you consider what the resorts are charging for a room that is close to the beach with no view, the Tree House is a great option at half the price or so The recommendation of a car is a good one - it really opens up the island to exploration and dining options, which is probably why you are choosing not to stay in a resort in the first place. Chinsons, the Coco Van, and da Conch Shack were some of our favorite restaraunts. The fish fry (Thursday) is a 10-minute walk along the beach, but have a drink and an appetizer there and enjoy the scene. It was our least favorite meal. Check out Malcom’s Beach for a secluded spot, but be ready for a harrowing drive on the “road” down to it. We would definitely return to TCI and would stay at the Tree House again. Thanks for a great trip.

Quaint bungalow with fantastic beach access

Ivan and Gena were very nice and attentive. When our air conditioning broke, they saw to it that a new one was installed immediately. The bungalow is a short walk to the beach and Ivan and Gena thoughtfully provided beach chairs for us to make use of. The pool isn't heated and the furniture around it could use some updating, but otherwise, the place was clean and comfortable.

Great Experience on Grace bay Beach!

The experience was amazing! Gena and Ivan proved to be a great host. The place looks just like how it's shown in the pictures and Gena provides nicely detailed instructions for everything you could possibly need. She responded immediately to questions. The pictures and listing perfectly portrayed the suite and house. AC was great, beds and sofa super comfy. Full working kitchen with ALL appliances, we made breakfast every day, and our late dinners and snacks. The house was extremely clean and the decor and furnishing were new. Within in walking distance to Grace Bay beach. Having a pool in the house was such a great refreshing experience. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be booking again the next time I'm in Providenciales. Thanks Gena and Ivan!

We are Gena and Ivan from Canada. Many years back we had a dream of having our retirement/ vacation home on one of the Caribbean Island. We always dream BIG! We wished so strong that in 2018 we reached our dream. We travel a lot. We like people, places, we like to host different cultures. We have two other properties in Belgrade (Serbia)”Right in The Heart of Belgrade” and Toronto (Canada) “Right in The Heart of Toronto”, in which we provide excellent services. You are welcome to check them and to come and visit us. Ivan is Chemical Engineer who plays guitar for Gena from his heart at any occasion. Gena is Food Science Engineer with big dreams. She found her soulmate and best friend in Ivan. We have two beautiful kids at universities and they love this villa- they even named it. This villa is for us four, for our family, friends and you! For all people in this world who wants to enjoy, love, dream and relax in inspiring Turks and Caicos. And when we are not in Toronto, we are either in Belgrade or Providenciales. We like yoga, meditation, and we read a lot. We all ski and we visited so many different ski centers around the world White Face, Mt. Tremblant, Lake Tahoe, Lake Louis, Banff, etc.. Our kids are ski and snowboard instructors. We like to cook and we all cook home made all from scratch meals from Japan, China, India, Italy, Serbia, etc.. During your vacation time in our villa you may be meeting one or all of us since we take any occasion to visit Island. We feel free, secure, happy, inspired on white beaches and turquois water of Turks and Caicos island.
We are both entrepreneurs and have businesses in food industry and PP supply.
