DOGS PERMITTED? Sorry, dogs are not permitted at this property. The owners do have a dog that stays periodically at the house for those with allergies. 

After undergoing renovations in 2017, this Bayside Village gem was transformed. Nestled along the shore with open panoramic ocean views, this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath is perfect for a couple or small family.  The updated kitchen features new appliances, perfect for cooking meals at home to enjoy outside on the wraparound porch. 
The new living room furnishings compliment the charm of a classic Bayside Cottage. The bedrooms upstairs have plenty of space for guests to enjoy their privacy. Laundry was added for convenience. 

Steps off the rear of the cottage lead down to the beach and waterfront below. Auditorium Park is just outside the front door with green lawns and room to play. Just a few hundred feet away is the Bayside Village green, Ruggles Park, with even more play space including a playground, basketball court, swimming and boating docks and even more beautiful views of Penobscot Bay.

BEACH CLASSIFICATION: We have categorized this property as having or being near a sandy beach. More specifically for this property, as with all our Bayside properties - there is a public beach about 200 feet wide at the center of the village that extends in front of this cottage. The beach is great for kids and that is why we have classified it as being on a sandy beach.
