The apartment “A due passi dal Mare” is at very few meters from the beautiful beach of “Biodola”. This very favourable position near to the sea is the ideal place for families with kids or for those who want to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday: you can park your car and forget it for the whole stay.
Biodola is one of the most appreciated beaches of Elba island, for its soft and golden sand and for its crystal-clear sea. The bay of Biodola has also two other beautiful sandy beaches: Scaglieri and Forno.
Nearby the house there are some restaurants, bar, a minimarket is at about 800 meters. On the beach there are rentals of beach umbrellas and sunchairs, a diving center, boat rents.
Portoferraio is at about 6 km.
The apartment “A Due passi dal Mare” is a two-room apartment of about 40 sqm for 2/4 persons and it is located at the ground floor, with independent entrance from a partially covered veranda where there are the dining area and the kitchenette (equipped with induction cooker and fridge with small freezer). Inside, the apartment has a living room with double sofa bed and a TV, a bedroom with a double bed, two small bathrooms with shower. The furniture has been recently renovated in a modern and comfortable style; it is also equipped with washing machine, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The private parking space is in the immediate vicinity, covered by a canopy and is not suitable for very tall cars.
