This small cozy complex offers a pool right on the beach for swimming, perfecting your Florida tan and views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Just a short walking distance to the Public Pier and Beach, shopping, and many popular restaurants. There are many nearby activities to keep you busy such as golf, parasailing, and jet-skiing.

Amenities: Our condo is on the first-floor. It has two bedrooms; a master bedroom with queen-size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. New mattresses were purchased in May 2016. There are two recently renovated baths. New windows were installed throughout the condo in 2015 which makes it easy to enjoy the central air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room. Our condo has a screened lanai with a table and 4 chairs. The kitchen has also been renovated and is fully-equipped with new appliances. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit. We are happy to supply 4-5 laundry pods to make your stay more comfortable. Three flat screen t.v.'s are in our unit along with a DVD player. We happily accommodate children with a Graco Pack & Play, high chair, bouncy seat, and bed guard rails. A new roll-away bed accommodates 1 person. New linens and bath towels are provided. We also supply beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. For rainy days, we have board games and books for children and adults. A private swimming pool and gas grill are located just off the beach. This is a non-smoking unit, and unfortunately, there are NO pets allowed.
