Pets allowed - dogs only.

Sit out in the relaxing backyard with decks, shade trees, outdoor shower plus a grassy area your dog will love. Enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening on your deck off the master bedroom.

Driveway offers parking space for up to 5-6 cars.

Comfortable and Tastefully decorated

The house and yard were great. Very close to the beach and some good restaurants. The kitchen, open den, dining room and living room were all very comfortable. The patio was great to eat outside, the 3 bedrooms were comfortable. Loved having the washer and dryer on the first floor. The pots and pans were very nice as were all of the dishes and glassware. I would suggest a pyrex baking dish or another, larger baking sheet with sides. The house was very clean, the towels for the beach and the house were all very nice. We were very comfortable and happy in this house. The owner is great to communicate with and has provided a wonderful place to stay

Fantastic Property, Fantastic Owner

Even before we arrived we were impressed. We had booked the house pre-Covid and Karen was super understanding that we may have had to cancel the booking. Fortunately, that was not the case. We loved the house and the attention to detail. The dog's water bowl was even filled for our arrival! Karen has thought of everything you could want for a vacation to make it effortless, such as the comfy throws for cool evenings, and toiletries for each bathroom. For her renters, she has gone above any beyond any home we had rented before. I hope we can make it back another time.

Family Beach Getaway

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time in this clean, cozy and well-decorated beach house. The description of this house was spot on. And as other reviewers have said, the owner really has thought of everything. Upon arrival, everyone fell in love with the beachy feel of the house and the beauty of the decor. The fact that we could bring our dog to such a lovely home was an added bonus! There were a couple of small issues (sliding door was tough and I couldn’t figure out the ac in the bedroom) but Karen quickly responded and provided the necessary assistance. We had such an amazing time and the house is in a great location -conveniently located to the beach, bay and local restaurants/ice cream shops! We can’t wait to come back next summer! Thank you again, Karen, for a wonderful week!

Great house, perfect for a dog!

We were searching for a house that would be perfect for us and our dog. This was the first time we brought our dog on vacation and it was just as important to us that we found a house we loved and that she would feel comfortable. The house had everything we needed and more! It was spacious with a gorgeous kitchen and a backyard perfect for humans and dogs. Karen thought of everything to make this a relaxing and easy going vacation. We hope to be back next year!

Relaxing week away

Lovely, comfortable, fully stocked, and a beautiful little backyard with great outdoor shower. Karen was super responsive and has thought of every last detail one might need on vacation.

My Best 40th Anniversary Present Ever

My family decided to spend my 40th WEDDING anniversary in LBI. I can sum my experience in ONE WORD! AWESOME. The property was super with an open first floor concept that was out of this world. My wife and daughter in law took pictures they were impressed. The bedrooms were great especially the master suite with the patio and stairway to the first floor. I am an early riser so that escape came in handy. the backyard was outstanding. After a great day at the BEST BEACH on LBI we would put my Grandson to bed and enjoy a nice glass of wine watching the sunset. Last but not least was our host. Karen To say she was responsive is an Understatement!!! Within seconds of a text she replied to any questions. I am retired but I would have HIRED HER if I was still in business. Our only regret was that our trip was only 3 days. If you want the best beach and a great place to stay this house is IT!

Just right in Ship Bottom - LBI

This 3 bedroom house between the ocean and bay was perfect for for my 70th birthday. Besides me and my wife we had our son and daughter in law with our 3 granddaughters. It was very roomy inside and out even when we had company.

Fantastic Family Getaway

Karen was a tremendous host from start to finish. She answered each and every one of our questions promptly both before and during our visit. Her house is quaint, clean, and very welcoming. We felt right at home the moment we walked in the door. The two block walk to the beach is ideal. Karen’s extra special attention to detail stood out to all of us! We had a relaxing stay!
