A ten square large alfresco outdoor living area is perfect for larger gatherings with a screened room with views to the river and beautiful-eucalyptus trees, a breakfast bar, dining table and chairs.

Stunning 2.5 m wide verandas surround the home, both upstairs and downstairs which offer panoramic countryside and river views.

Everything is provided for your entertainment and includes large smart television, towels, linen, soaps, quality crockery and Nespresso coffee, plus wifi. Beautifully maintained grassed areas big enough for a game of cricket or football or to practice your golf, also a two person kayak is included free for use during your stay to enjoy the beautiful river. Easy access is from the riverbank with small boats and for larger boats, you may launch from fish point.

A 10 minute drive to the village of Swan Hill where you will find hotels, restaurants, supermarkets and boutique retail. A short drive from the homestead takes you to numerous lakes for open water activities and great lakes for waterskiing.

From the front gate, a 1km driveway takes you to the residence, consisting of a country style, fully-equipped generous sized kitchen.
Five queen bedroom suites, which three of the queen bedroom suites upstairs have french doors leading out to the upper verandah, offering countryside and river views, a 4th bedroom suite with high windows. A fifth queen bedroom suite is located downstairs.

A large separate living room area with comfortable sectional lounge and a 75 inch smart television. Included is wifi, and offers subscription channels.

Also a feature is the open country style kitchen with stainless steel appliances, butlers pantry, stainless steel double refrigerator, quality glasses, cookware.

The property has abundant wildlife and fishing, there’s grassed areas for ball games, we also supply a two person kayak, including 2 life jackets, paddles.
