11.5 acres of peace and quiet at 7,095 feet (where the house is) in the cool pines. This 2600 square foot REAL log cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are upstairs and have their own private balconies. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and bedroom 3 is a gym with 2 king size blow up mattress available and shares a Jack and Jill with bedroom 2. The master is also a king bed. There is a Big screen T.V. with surround sound and you will enjoy Direct T.V. and a dvd player. The pad the cabin sits on is fenced to keep unwanted animals out and allowed pets in. We have Wi Fi. The entire cabin has a complete wrap around deck that is absolutely HUGE. You can be in sun or shade any time of the day.
Although the site will feel remote (you need binoculars to see any neighbors) visitors are only 10 miles to Costco at "the bottom of the hill". Only the last 2.5 miles to the cabin is dirt but 4 wheel drive is not required in summer. Please do not get nervous about the "sketchy" looking homes you will pass on the way up to Misty Mountain Loop. Everyone who visits immediately feels that sense of RELAXATION.
