Filled with modern furnishings and flourishing lush plants, you can relax indoors with the family on the lounge and watch Netflix, or head outside and relax in the sun-soaked backyard with a cold drink and some tunes on the portable Bluetooth speaker, and a secure fence to keep your pets safe and happy whilst you unwind.
When it’s time for dinner you can whip up a meal in the stunning new kitchen under high, light-filled ceilings, or enjoy the cooling sea breeze as you cook up a storm on the backyard BBQ, then turn in comfortably for the night across four bedrooms (with you in the king bed of course). In the morning you can wake up well-rested, shower in the ensuite, and wake up with a Nespresso at the wide-open kitchen window to fuel a full day of adventure.
Culburra Beach is just a four-minute walk away, as is Curleys Bay, and a little further down is Penguin Head with its breathtaking view from the headland. There’s so much to see and do in this gorgeous coastal town, and so many different ways to relax: explore the local shops, wander the coastline, or relax with a book in the bath back at the house. However you spend your time in this beautiful vista, Bathers will ensure you make happy memories to last a lifetime.

- Bedrooms 3 & 4 each have a Tri Bunk (1 x Double below and 1 x Single on top). - A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities. - Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you. - Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services. - Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts. - Fencing: The rear yard is fully fenced however the front driveway is unfenced. - We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property (it does not record speech) and allows us to respond to noise issues. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. - We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours. - For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket). - After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy. - No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.

We really enjoyed our stay. It met all expectations, great for a group of people with a lovely open plan, sunlit living area and kitchen. Lots of space in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The outdoor area was great for our pups, all fenced in. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and also not too far to walk down to the local restaurants rather than drive. Would definitely stay again.

The house was exactly as described. It was open and had lots of natural light. Beds were very comfortable. Very close to the beach.

Initial impression was underwhelming : *the bi fold windows were all dirty, the tracking was full of dirt and leaves, as was the outdoor table. * dust was hanging from fans in the lounge dining , area which didnt work until we purchased new batteries as the ones in the remote were corroded.* the ensuite basin was blocked.* their were no sheets on the master bed until we called the company to advise.* nice layout in general, the lawn hadnt been mowed recently and the fence had cobwebs all over them, stange look particularly since they had an open for inspection 30 mins before we arrived. * location very good close to beach and walk to town. * pet friendly enclosed fence area.

Several of the issues you’ve listed — linen not being on the bed, a blocked basin, non-functioning fan remote, and general cleanliness concerns — are exactly the types of matters that must be reported immediately on arrival so they can be addressed during the stay. As outlined in our terms, guests are required to notify us on the day an issue occurs so we are given the opportunity to rectify it in-house.
Outdoor presentation (lawns, fences, external tables) can change quickly in coastal environments, however anything not meeting standard should also be raised straight away so it can be attended to where possible.
We note your positive comments regarding the layout, enclosed pet-friendly yard, and excellent location close to the beach and town. Your feedback has been recorded for internal review to ensure presentation and pre-arrival checks are improved.

As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
