OBS: Any extra guests during the stay, will have to be informed and authorised by the host and/for building security reasons.

An introduction to the house will be made and a key will be delivered. Guests should inform the time of departure to confirm the check-out.
Check-out procedures: before leaving, the keys must be returned and along with the host, check areas of the house and their status.
During the stay, It's available a dossier with various information:
- List of places you can visit nearby on foot, with photos;
- List of cafes nearby with open view, with photos;
- List of diverse restaurants nearby, with photos;
- List of emergency phone numbers;
- For those who want to order food, will also be available restaurants phone numbers of Portuguese food , Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Indian etc;
- List with various means of transportation available;

Transportation to and from the apartment upon availability, to be confirmed. Possibility of check-ou late, if available. Just ask.
