Welcome to our modern home located just a short drive from Lisbon and some of the best beaches in the area! Our house has a private heated pool, perfect for swimming all year round. The interior is spacious and bright, with plenty of room for you to relax and unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can easily prepare meals at home. When you're not lounging by the pool or exploring the local area, you'll love relaxing on the cozy outdoor patio, complete with a BBQ and plenty of seating.

Built in 2022, the modern home is family-friendly and provides a serene space for up to 8 guests, and your dog is welcome too!

Interiors are clean lines with a combination of greys, aqua hues, and fresh plants which lend a cool ambience to the space. The whole house is on a single floor.

The bedrooms are generously spacious, elegantly furnished, air-conditioned, have a wall-mounted TV, and offer amazing garden views. The wide windows and glass doors flood the space with rays of natural sunlight. 2 bedrooms have king-sized beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed. The extra bed in the office is a sofa bed converting to a double sleeper. The main bedroom comes with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom.

Enjoy a refreshing walk-in rain shower after a long day in both our full bathrooms. Spacious and well-equipped with all bath essentials including towels, soap, and toilet paper. A well-carved stone sink is a highlight in the main bathroom.

Dividing the bedrooms and the living area is a hallway around the interior garden providing lots of natural light flowing over the beautiful bonsai tree.

An expansive living area comprises of a fully equipped kitchen that seamlessly flows into a lounging space which overlooks the private swimming pool. Open the glass doors and let the cool water breeze waft through as you relax on the couches and watch some TV on the 65" Philips smart tv.

Exterior spaces are a world of entertainment: dine al fresco on the background of the sparkling swimming pool; grill up some BBQ favourites, or simply gather around with family and catch up by the several seating options. With the backyard well-lit, you’ll enjoy taking a few dips on warm evenings and take an outdoor shower before retiring to bed.

A wall surrounds the gated property; you can let your furry friend run around without any worries.

Need to get a bit of work done during your stay? Use the office with a large desk, comfortable office chair, and an external monitor.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1: King bed, sleeps 2, garden view, air-conditioned, wall-mounted TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: King bed, sleeps 2, spacious closet, wall mounted 58" 4K TV, air-conditioned.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, sleeps 2, wall-mounted TV, air-conditioned.

Bedroom 4: Sofa bed in office that converts into a double bed, lovely garden views, air-conditioned.

The house has security cameras in the driveway, at the front gate, and on the side of the house. There are no cameras inside the house or by the pool area.
