Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
It's close to everything and far from the ordinary. Warm welcoming atmosphere, coupled with the stunning coastal views, that provide a unique backdrop for any occasion whether it's relaxing day on the beach or a lively gathering with friends.
Sky above, sand below, peace within!

This ground floor apartment within a safe and secure development (only 15 mins walking distance from Santa Maria Town centre), comprises of one bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, safe and dresser. It has a spacious bathroom with toilet and shower over bath. It has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge with a double sofa bed. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary white goods. There is a smart TV in the lounge. There is no air conditioning in the apartment. A large fan is provided in the lounge and in the bedroom. The lounge opens up to a spacious balcony with outdoor dining furniture and over looks the beautiful garden and swimming pool area.
This apartment comes with two adults swim and bus passes which allows two guests to use these services. Children under the age of 12 do not need a pass. There are free shuttle bus passes provided to travel to Santa Maria and Ponta Preta beach. Guests can use the swimming pool, kids pool, small playground and sun-beds.
There is a well stocked supermarket within the resort and there is a coffee shop , bar and two restaurants.
Newly developed golf course within walking distance.

Each guest will be provided with clean bed linens and towels for the use during their stay and the apartment is thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival. Bottle of water and welcome pack of essentials is provided.

WiFi is free in public areas of the resort, however we strongly recommend to purchase a booster for the apartment or data SIM card from local store. We can arrange booster for the apartment for additional charge.
Additional / daily cleaning is available for extra charge as well as additional laundry service can be arranged for a fee.

I Am Krisztina and I originally come from Hungary but had lived in the UK for 20 years.
I am a mum of three children, a full time worker in a local hospital and an addict to travelling!
I always dreamed about having my own holiday home and watched endless TV programmes about purchasing a property.
Now we are an owner of two beautiful apartments in the stunning island of Sal and we are living the dream of being able to have a holiday anytime.
We loved to share this blessing with others and listed our properties on sites like this in affordable prices to ensure as many people as possible can enjoy it too.
I know how I feel after a great holiday and how appreciative I am when I am hosted well by someone. We would love to make others feel that way too. We would like guests to return year after year and welcome those as friends who keep coming back to us.

You need to visit and see it for yourself!
You need to visit and be part of Sal, its atmosphere, people, culture and natural beauties.
For me, it means total relaxation, where my mind can be empty and clear, my muscles soften and body tense eases.
I feel safe, happy and as if I was always meant to sit on that beach.

It’s my dream place and my dreams are unique to me.
For decades I had been a guest in other peoples holiday homes, I know what I would be looking for and with that in mind, we try our very best to give our guests exactly that.
Do we always get it right? No! But we take feedback on board, we learn as we go and we continue making lots of our guests very very happy during their holidays.
