Maria Aljezur - 3 bedroms, Pool, BQ, AC

Our home is focused on comfort with an open plan and modern conveniences. It is close to the amazing beaches of Arrifana, Monte Clérigo, and Amoreira. It is located in Urbanização do Vale da Telha, an amazing location for a family or couple's holiday with restaurants, supermarkets, and bars nearby. World class surfing, hiking, and cycling are all here to enjoy!
A comfortable home with all the modern conveniences for a relaxed holiday.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a big living room/dining area, and an open kitchen/breakfast area. There is a covered patio in the front catching the morning sun. At the back, there is another covered patio and pergola with a large dining area, a BBQ, a beautiful decked pool, and a garden surrounding the house.

- Bedrooms:
2 ensuite bedrooms with double beds (160x200), and a 3rd bedroom with two single beds (90x200) that can be combined into a double bed (180x200).
Each bedroom has a set of doors opening onto an exterior patio. Two bedrooms access the front patio, and the third bedroom accesses the back patio/pool area.
In the largest ensuite bedroom, we created a small working area, where you can sit and do your work with privacy, but we suggest you to free your mind from work and enjoy the holiday!
In addition, the main ensuite has its own hot and cold air conditioning unit. The other two bedrooms don't have individual AC units, but we provide fans if needed.
All bedrooms have large built-in closets.
All the windows and doors have exterior shutters for additional security and the option to black out light in the bedrooms.

- Bathrooms:
3 bathrooms.
2 ensuite in each double bed bedrooms, with shower, toilet, bidet attachment, and sink.
1 big bathroom with hot tub, toilet, bidet and 2 individual sinks.
Like all houses in Vale da Telha, there is a septic tank, so please do not throw toilet paper, diapers, condoms, pads, or any other products that can block the system. Please use the rubbish bins next to the toilets and there are signs in the bathrooms to remind you.
Any damage caused by disposing of the aforementioned items into the toilet will be charged to the guests for septic tank cleaning.
Hot water - our home has a 500 lts hot water tank allowing 6 persons to shower and for kitchen usage daily but we ask all guests to be water conscious, since we are in an drought area.
All bathrooms have a hair dryer.

- Living room
This is a place to bring together all of the family with lots of comfortable seating to watch a film read a book, play board games, listen to music, or just relax.
You can login into your streaming apps like Netflix, HBO, or Prime with your own account or watch Portuguese or international channels on our smart TV. Just remember before check out to log out from your accounts!
The TV is connected to a bluetooth sound bar, to play your own music.

- Dining Area
There is a large table for 6 in our open plan dining area with access to the front patio, where you can sit and enjoy your coffee, read a book or just enjoy the quiet that nature offers.
Board games are available in the dining area sideboard.
There is hot and cold AC in the living room/dining area.

- Kitchen
Our kitchen is fully equipped, you can even bake a cake if you like!
The stove and oven are electric.
Next to the kitchen is a small 4 person breakfast table overlooking the pool.
From the kitchen you access the exterior cover patio that leads to the BBQ and pool.

- BBQ & Pergola eating area
Here is where the fun is! Prepare your meal at the BBQ and eat al fresco at the outside pergola table next to the pool but shaded by the sun.
You can eat and hang out here after a meal but always have your eyes on the kids playing in the pool!
The covered pergola eating area, has a big table with seating for six .
We provide BBQ utensils.
The charcoal and lighters can be purchased at the local supermarket.

- Pool
An area to relax and refresh on hot days.
Pool is 9 mts long x 5 mts wide and 2,10 mts deep.

Our pool is unsupervised, please always supervise children in and around the pool.

We are not responsible for any accident in or around the pool.

To prevent any accidents, please do not dive or jump into the pool. No drinks and food in the pool. Avoid using glassware around the pool.

Please note that staying safe while using the pool is your own responsibility.

Please be aware the deck gets slippery when wet and hot when dry. Always use appropriate footwear.

Our pool is not heated. It is maintained by professionals every Wednesday during the summer season.

Please do not use shower towels in the pool, the sunblock and pool water ruins the towels.

- Garden
Our garden is maintained by professionals. Maintenance every Thursday.

- Pantry room
There is cleaning equipment, including a mop, bucket, ironing board, iron, clothes drying rack, pegs, vacuum cleaner, cleaning cloths and more.

- Garage
Our garage is locked not available for guests use.

- Amenities:
We provide basic amenities for your arrival but not for the entire stay. There are many stores nearby to purchase what you need for your stay. We will send you all the necessary information about supermarkets, a pharmacy, shops, restaurants, places to go, places not to miss, beach and much more.

We provide internet by wifi. The network is a little slower in the garden outside the house.

- Outlets
Some outlets have stickers with "Do Not Unplug", please respect the signs and do not unplug, if unplugged we will need to travel to the location to reestablish connections. This trip will be charged to guests.

- Baby travel cot, high chair and line bed.
On request we can provide a travel cot and high chair. Lined bed, duvet for the travel bed on request with extra charge of 10€.

Use our home as yours, and take care of everything as you would in your own house.

Our home is your home!
All areas of the house are open to our guests except the garage, but there is plenty of parking on the street.

We are available to our guests any time they need. to answer questions, give suggestions and of course, for emergencies. We are here to help.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Before check-in, we will ask all guests to fill out the accommodation form. This form is a legal obligation from our Foreigner and Border Service (SEF).

Information for Foreigner and Border Service (SEF)

This information is required of all foreign citizens, whether they are from Member States of the European Union or Third Country Nationals. This obligation falls on companies offering hotel establishments, complementary means of tourist accommodation and tourist complexes, as well as on those which provide, for consideration, accommodation to foreign citizens.
The information must be provided within three days to the Immigration and Border Service (SEF) or, in places where it does not exist, the National Republican Guard or to the Public Security Police.


Check-in:
- After 5pm
- Before 5pm only if it is possible upon request
- Late check-in – We provide self check in with electronic lock

Check-out:
- 11am – after 11am only if it is possible upon request

- Pool Towels - can be provided at an additional cost (10€ per towel - by request)

- Extra Cleaning can be requested at an additional cost (by request)

- Extra cleaning fee - for stays longer than 7 nights, extra cleaning is mandatory. One cleaning per week – 235€ (price per cleaning - includes change of sheets and towels)

- Extra Sheets and Towels can be provided at an additional cost (by request)

- Amenities - We provide some basic amenities (e.g., soap, shampoo, coffee) to our guests considered for the first days (1 or 2) so you have time and opportunity to locate the supermarkets and other stores to stock up for the rest of your stay with your preferred items.

- Its not allow to have more persons in house that the one that are registered in the booking. The brake of this rule will have as consequence the cancelation of the booking and the request of guests abandoning the house.

- Please do not use the shower towels as beach or pool towels, sunscreen ruins the towels - Towels used in the pool and beach with sunscreen stains will be charge to guests.

- Animals NOT ALLOW - We are pet lovers, but having in consideration all our guests and health conditions of all, we decide not to allow animals. Breaking this rule will have as consequence the cancelation of the booking and the request of guests abandoning the house.

Take care of our House like if it's yours, with love and affection.

We left only a few basic rules:
- Respecting the hours of rest (9pm till 9am)
- No animals are allowed in the house
- The house is free smoking
- No parties allow
- Trash - there are trash bins in the main street, please use them.
