Esta nova moradia está situada em Cala Bou (San Agustin) perto do Hotel Monterrey e fica a apenas 700 metros da praia mais próxima e popular estância de San Antonio Bay. A moradia é uma fusão de moderno e tradicional com uma luz e arejado por toda parte. Ele tem 3 quartos grandes e 3 casas de banho e é ideal para 6 pessoas.

A moradia é em plano aberto e é denominado em um tema moderno e minimalista, com sofá de couro branco, mesa de jantar para 6, cozinha totalmente equipada com placa ilha, um grande frigorífico americano com todos os confortos modernos. Há uma TV LED de 50 polegadas na sala de estar e 32 polegadas LED TV em cada quarto, todos com televisão Freeview SKY Digital. Há também Wi-Fi de alta velocidade de fibra óptica de cortesia para todos os hóspedes.

No piso térreo há 2 quartos e 2 banheiros e no primeiro andar é o quarto principal com terraço privado com vista para o mar e uma casa de banho

O exterior da casa é limpo e arrumado, com uma grande piscina e 3 terraços separados para pegar os raios em diferentes momentos do dia. Há um terraço virado a sul com sombra ao lado da cozinha, que é ideal para refeições ao ar livre. Há também um grande terraço com vista para o mar que é ideal para os amantes do sol, pois tem o belo sol de Ibiza durante todo o dia.

Very nice villa with everything you need. Nice clean bed rooms and bathrooms, and a large cozy kitchen/living room.Outside facilities were also nice with numerous sunbeds, chairs and areas to relax around the pool.15-20 minutes walk to nearest shops/restaurants and 45 minutes walk to San Antonio.

A great villa - nice walk to get into the main area of St Antonio but situated away from the busy hubbub. Kids loved the pool and table tennis.

We enjoyed our stay in Can real. It is very spacious with lots of dining space. We enjoyed the use of pool and bbq. Can Real is in a great location.

Excellent villa in Ibiza

We stayed at this villa for a week and it was absolutely brilliant … the property is perfect for 6 people or less and the grounds are great, especially the pool. It is secure and modern and we enjoyed every moment there and would recommend it highly

We had a fantastic stay at Martin’s villa. We couldn’t fault a single thing. The communication from Martin was fantastic and the villa was in a great location. We never had an issue with taxis and we were walking distance to local shops including a boat taxi which took you to the main side of San An bay. I’d recommend this villa to anyone!

Ideal stay for Ibiza

The property is tucked away nicely away from the noise of San Antonio but within good walking distance. It is clean and modern with a lovely pool. Great communication with Martin.

Lovely villa

Lovely modern villa with everything you need Clean and bright, super smooth check in, gorgeous pool in green surroundings, lovely interior and well equipped kitchen. Roof top terrace to catch the last rays of the day! Walking distance to the beach and super easy to get around

Great villa. Great location

Marrtin is probably the most responsive host ive ever encountered. Brilliant. It makes life so much easier. The villa has everything you need. Location is perfect being a short walk to shops and restaurants. Yet quiet and private at the same time. I cant recommend highly enough.

Fantastic stay in Ibiza!

I stayed at the property with my friends and we loved it! It’s exactly as shown on the pictures and is in a great location - far enough away from the bars so that you can sleep, but close enough so that they are accessible. If you are venturing further afield then the main road for taxis is only a 5 minute walk away. There are also a number of restaurants and shops nearby (within walking distance). Thank you for a great holiday!

Amazing Villa

Amazing villa in a great location, conveniently situated around 10 minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and bars. Very quiet and peaceful if you just want to relax. Great communication from Martin (the owner) who made us feel very welcome. The Villa has all of the home comforts that made our stay very easy. Thank you Martin!

Stunning modern villa

Excellent communication with owner throughout booking, and during holiday. Fantastic villa, beautiful pool, amazing balconies and roof terrace. Close to beaches, bars and shops. We had an amazing holiday and will definitely book again! Thank you. 5 ⭐️

Lovely & chilled

Martin was a great host, made things straight forward and informative. Villa was a great getaway, very quiet, lovely, and chilled with easy transport in and out. Only negative was occasional smell due to poor drainage that is planned to be rectified, but can't fault the stay just because of this. Fun was had by all!

I've been living and working on the island for more than 25 years. I bought this house in 2013 and spent 3 years rebuilding & reforming it for weekly rental.

Por que motivo escolheu este alojamento?

I love the open plan layout plus its in a great position close to the resort yet just far enough out to get away from it all. The Hotel Monterrey directly opposite also gives it a holiday feel.
