A beautiful countryside loft awaits you in the heart of the southern province of Algarve.
At just 20-30 mins from beautiful white sandy beaches and access to the islands of the "Ria Formosa" you can save yourself from the stress of the holiday while relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the countryside.

The loft is located on the farm "Monte das 3 Alfarrobeiras" which preserves centuries-old carob trees where each year is collected the carob fruits manually as before. You will have the freedom to gather figs, lemons, orange, peaches and organic prunes. Without forgotten our Provençal herbs, typical of the region.

Our farm is very close to the town of São Brás de Alportel, Town house of the council with the same name. Belonging to the still intact Algarve. You can visit its old streets and rediscovered the old Roman stone pavement road coming from Faro on the coast. But also its public fountains whose "Fonte Férrea" is best known for being in the heart of the mountain with its natural river water.

Known for its cork industry, the Council of São Brás de Alportel have received its independence precisely for his flights of producing the best cork in the world since 1914. The best bottles of champagne and wine corks are produced in the council and exported from various traditional factories worldwide.

The cottage campaign spirit is kept while keeping an open space for those who appreciate being housed differently. No expense was spared during the construction. This beautiful little house was built with local artisans to blend harmoniously old and modern by choosing noble materials such as steel and wood.

When you open the front door, you will be received by the sight of an open space where you can find the diner table, the living area with two sofas, television, wifi connection and the kitchenette who have a counter made with old terracotta bricks, allowing you to enjoy a glass of wine while you keep an eye on the backbone metal stairs. Perfect for a romantic dinner setting.

From the ground floor a door is waiting for you allowing you to discover the terrace covered by an ancient carob tree.
A bricked BBQ is available if needed for the wonderful grilled fresh fish that you can find in all the fisherman's towns from the coast of the Algarve. Space designed for the ultimate relaxation with sun loungers, its is perfect for relaxing on a hot afternoon while the soft mountain breeze cools you.

The oak kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob with extractor fan, coffee maker, toaster and fridge. But also all the crockery and selfs you will need.

The bathroom has a very large shower, toilet and spacious sink and washing machine.
Each guest will find a set of towels and soap. You do not have to worry about carrying them away in your bag.

Going up to the first floor the comfort of wood is waiting for you to rested comfortably under the eaves of the roof pine beams.
Linen is provided for all beds. One of them double, as the single beds can join together to form another double bed.

The house is always clean and the beds are made for the arrival of the guests. Linen is left and will be change weekly weekly if you choose a long stay. But we can change the linen earlier if desired as well.
Soap and towels are also provided in the bathroom.
The kitchen comes with a few key elements, including: tea bags, sea salt from the region, a few groceries, sugar and coffee, extra virgin olive oil produced in the region, white wine vinegar, and sugar.

We keep a local tour guide updated to recommend the best attractions, restaurants and bars in the (website hidden) classes - Southern cooking is known for its diversity and use of seafood.
We will be delighted to demonstrate you how to make our local food if you feel that you want to know how to cook them.

At only 20-30 minutes drive from the beaches and the coast, you can take a short ferry ride or a taxi boat for the islands of Armona, Culatra, Farol, Fuzeta or Tavira. There are no cars on the islands and the "Ria Formosa" River and the Atlantic coast are easily accessible on foot.
Without forgetting the rock beach cliffs of the western Algarve.

Airport pick up and drop off services - We are more than happy to pick you up and drop you off at Faro airport for a small fee (15 €). Please check in advance for availability.
