KIAWAH ELEGANCE VACATION RENTALS:

213 Glen Abbey - Designed by Marc Camens Architecture Group, this brand new home was completed in April 2023. Interior design and furnishings by Malatich Cochran Design feature custom finishes throughout. Our previous Kiawah home maintained a 5-STAR Vrbo rating with 100+ guest reviews.

From the outset, we designed this home to be the premier Kiawah Island luxury rental. A short 3-minute walk to the beach, the spacious multi-family residence offers the best of everything. Centrally located on Kiawah Island, by the corner of Flyway and Glen Abbey in the exclusive Vanderhorst Plantation, convenient to shopping and restaurants at Freshfields Village as well as all the on-island amenities. Directly across the street is a park like setting. The front porch overlooks Turtle Point Golf Course 4th & 5th holes.

Amenities include custom furniture, 48" Wolf gas oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, 5 XO beverage centers, honed quartz counters, Kitchenaid Professional small appliances, 85" 8K UHDTV, Sonos 5.1 Home Theater, pillow-top mattresses, large reclaimed wood table, large 15' x 30' salt water pool, large screened porch with summer kitchen and outdoor living room and a welcome basket -- just to name a few.

The private outdoor-living spaces are as fabulous as the indoor areas. Located on a quiet street inside of Vanderhorst Plantation, this 6,414 square foot home offers 7 bedrooms, 6.5 baths and is the ideal getaway location for a family reunion or multi-family vacation.

Walk through the mahogany front door to your own private sanctuary. This three-story beach house features 3 large private primary bedrooms. The 2nd story of the home includes a 2nd large living room with 85" 8K Smart TV, built-in wet bar w/ refrigerator. The 3rd story features a private primary bedroom with a morning bar and private covered balcony were guests enjoy the morning ocean breeze. Hardwood floors can be found throughout this professionally decorated home.

The three main primary suites feature pillow-top king beds and spa-like bathrooms with large separate tiled walk-in showers and two with soaking tubs. The large living room features a built-in media center and fireplace. Guests can dine in the formal dining room or the roomy screened porch. The beautifully designed and equipped custom kitchen will satisfy the casual or gourmet cook. Listen to the Sonos, using the free wifi, while enjoying your morning coffee and watching the sunrise or catching the evening breeze.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you have an intro phone call with Kiawah Elegance to review the details of the booking. After the call, Kiawah Elegance will send you a reservation confirmation via email.

**In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance (TOKI #RBL23-000011) and with the Kiawah Elegance Agreement, all guests agree the maximum number of vehicles allowed for overnight parking is 4, approved number of bedrooms is 7, and the maximum allowed occupancy is 16.

**Optional heating or cooling of the pool, $150/per day.

**Elevator - The elevator is available for use during your stay. However, any service calls or repairs will be the responsibility of the renter and taken from the damage deposit.

Gorgeous New Mid-Island Home
This is a beautiful, new, 7 BR home at the east end of Glen Abbey in the Vanderhorst neighborhood. It is just a short stroll or bike ride down Boardwalk 32 to the beach. The floor plan and décor are well thought out with lots of room for guests to spread out. There is a refreshing pool and relaxing screened-in porch. The amenities include a well-appointed kitchen and butler’s pantry, dual washers and driers and a nice collection of “beach toys.” It was a memorable setting for this summer’s family gathering.

Our family has stayed at several homes in Kiawah and this is now our favorite. So much room for a large family and the location close to the beach is perfect. Erin was a great host and did so much to make our week wonderful. Thank you!

I'm Erin and I'll be working with you directly. Aside from managing the business, I'm a part-time physical therapist for my community's school system. In addition, I have two college age daughters who play soccer. Like many people, we are very busy and treasure our family vacation time together. We understand this time is very important to our guests as well. We work hard to minimize issues and partner with on-island property management. I will be your personal point of contact throughout the booking process and during your stay. Our previous Kiawah rental home maintained a 5-STAR Vrbo rating with over 100 guest reviews.

We love Kiawah! My family has been coming here since the mid 90's. We often travel with large groups, other family members, friends, young children and grandparents. We wanted to build a home close to the beach that would accommodate these groups. The design incorporates large gathering spaces but also private areas to get away and relax. The spacious three floor layout is perfectly designed to complement the private outdoor space with pool.

This is a family run business. We've been Vrbo hosts on Kiawah Island since 2006. We take personal pride in making sure all of our guests have a wonderful time. We constantly make improvements to provide the best possible experience. With that in mind we've poured all of our 15+ years of experience into this new home. Our goal is to make it Kiawah Island's premier luxury rental home.
