This cozy, bright, and lovingly maintained 1600 square feet cottage is located in the heart of Cloverdale district. It's family-friendly, has AC, and is well-equipped for a brief or a longer stay. Guests have full access to 2 bedrooms, the kitchen, living room, office, deck, large front porch, 2 full baths and laundry. There is free parking on the street and a driveway for smaller cars.

We provide most essentials for a comfortable stay. The house offers enough space to both socialize and have privacy. The house has wifi, and a TV with Roku (no cable TV). We have all the standard kitchen appliances, and you're welcome to use our washer and dryer.

We welcome families with children. The house is generally very safe but not specifically "child-proof" so children's safety is solely the responsibility of their accompanying adults.

Walk to a restaurant or whip up a meal in our well-stocked kitchen. Curl up on the couch for a movie night, or take a walk to the close by park.

The kitchen has a full fridge, a gas stove, a dishwasher, microwave, and other standard appliances. Cookware and dinnerware are provided and you're welcome to use our oil, salt, and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar are also included with your stay. Enjoy!

Hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and towels are provided.

Hidden Gem!!

This house was great such an awesome quirky 100 year old house!! The neighborhood is super nice and quiet as well!! Communication with the hosts was seem less!!! 100 percent would stay again!!!

Nice to be able to stay in a quiet neighborhood

Hosts were very responsive and supportive. We are walkers and enjoyed walking to sites in Montgomery we wanted to see. House is spacious and has all that you need.

wonderful place with great hosts

The photos are very accurate. The house is lovely. The neighborhood location is an excellent base to explore Montgomery. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the hosts. They were very generous with their support and thoughtful in their communication. Well deserving of the highest praise in review.

Enjoyed the stay!

Check in was easy and the hosts answered any questions we had. It’s a cute little house in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood that’s very conveniently located. We enjoyed sitting on the porches in the afternoons/evenings. The back porch could use a few new boards and paint but it was a great space to hang out and play games. Would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Montgomery.

cold snap in Montgomery

Cute and we found it comfortable. It was cold and we addressed the pipes freezing as requested by the owner but he continued to come by the house daily and check the outside. i understand that he was concerned but we found it intrusive.

Happy in Historical Cottage

LOVED this happy space! Well-maintained, beautiful, historical home. Lovely, thoughtful details throughout each cozy room. Very clean -- we even felt comfortable with our 7 month old crawling around on the gorgeous hardwood floors. Plenty of space for our group; good dining areas, as well as gathering/sitting areas. If back in Montgomery, this will be our go-to spot!!

Cute and Cozy

We had a wonderful time at this little cottage. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. We came to Montgomery to cook for our daughter and her roommates who attend ASU. They had everything you could need and then some. Except a bbq grill which they kindly brought over for us to use. Check in and out was easy. Highly recommend this place.

Another great stay at this lovely historic home!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this home while visiting Montgomery .... and it was once again a great experience. The home has such wonderful historic touches, and the hosts are a joy to work with. We'll certainly be back for many more visits to come!

Great home for a couple or small family

The house was very clean and well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood near great restaurants. Joshua always responded to any questions very promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick Weekend

Josh was a most gracious host answering questions and providing timely information about our stay. The house is very cozy and has great character. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The house is a short drive to downtown Montgomery and minutes away from many interesting historical sites. I highly recommend a stay here.

Quiet and comfy

The house was charming, well equipped and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and well groomed but also lively and full of neighbors walking dogs which was nice. Josh is a super communicator and met all our needs.

Enjoyment with a Caveat

This rental was a well maintained house in lovely area of Montgomery. Joshua was easy to reach and quick to respond. The rooms were attractively furnished, but there was a request to 1) not move furniture, and, except for the dinning room table, there was no place where three persons could comfortable sit and talk without changing the furniture, and 2) the owners asked that renters not wear shoes in the house( which only appeared on the site after I was reserving the house) , which made for a degree of discomfort and inconvenience.

Lovely old home

This house is an adorable old home with some of the quirks that come with an old house. It is extremely clean and comfortable. The host was really good about communicating. The kitchen is nicely stocked for meals in the house. And having access to the washer and dryer is a great bonus! The only downside is the beds. The second bedroom bed is a bit small for two people (we had two teens in there). Would be nice to have two separate twins to make it more comfortable for families. The primary bed is very low and creaky so if you have trouble getting into low beds or are a light sleeper who wakes up whenever your partner moves and the bed makes noise, I’d suggest sleeping in the other room. Overall though, this was a wonderful stay.

Montgomery Business

Our trip to Montgomery was purely business but this cozy cottage located in a lovely walkable neighborhood was just what we needed to turn the mundane into delightful. The house was exactly as depicted in the photo's. The host was immediate in all responses and direction's for check-in/out were easy to follow. We definitely would stay again.
