This inviting cottage has bay views from both the front and back decks to enjoy the beautiful sunsets every evening. Inside you will find the all the amenities needed to sit back and relax. Take advantage of our friendly community and explore the area including our local grill located within walking distance. We have a public beach (fees may apply) as well.
Visit nearby marinas, wineries or breweries. Several Casinos are within 35 miles.

My husband, M-I-L and 6 month old baby came to stay for a wedding. We loved the property so much. It was so well done, the area is lovely! This property had everything we needed. It felt so clean and cute. We had the best time! So grateful to the hosts for getting us a pack-n-play for our daughter.

A peaceful respite!

We were very happy with everything about the place. Clean, decorated nicely, comfortable beds and easy to find all that we needed to make ourselves at home.We were using the cottage as more or less for a bed and breakfast and did not spend much time at Crystal Beach. We were back and forth to Grove Point where our family was having a reunion. Loved the "Quiet" when we returned. (16 grandchildren and their parents)

Beautiful cozy cottage. Immaculate and with all the ammenities. Very peaceful space for a getaway. We did not get to go to beach as it was rainy all weekend but drove by and it looked like a nice beach. Definitely word sray here again!

Nice Cozy Beach Cottage

We stayed in Earleville for a wedding and the cottage was perfect. The decor was great, the cottage was clean and welcoming and our hosts were great. Would highly recommend

Perfect get away weekend

I loved the property. The cottage was super clean, tidy and extremely relaxing. Super close to the water, & the views were spectacular. I went for the serenity to fly my drone and capture some great footage. And I certainly was not disappointed . Chris made the check in super easy, with great communication. I absolutely will return. 10 out of 10 rating.

Excellent away home.

Great little home away from home. A small orientation list for newcomers would be helpful. Closest groceries, gas and such. Outside of that all and all VERY pleasing.

Cute Cottage in Water Oriented Community

We stayed for five nights. Very comfortable cottage, extremely clean and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the short walk to the water and the water view from the rear deck. Neighbors were friendly. There are two beaches (short walks), but we did not use either. Chain grocery stores are about 30 minutes away.Definitely recommend the property!

Another relaxing visit

Returned to the property this year for 10 day stay. It was just as relaxing as it was last year and the owner was responsive to our needs. The house is cute. The back deck was upgraded. We love being able to walk around the community with all of its charm and river activities. Great place to go with family and friends.

Earlville stay

We had a good time. The house was very clean and tidy. We did not realize that it was part of a close community with houses very close together or that one had to pay to go on the beach etc. But we did go down one day to the public beach but the steps were pretty eroded and one needs to be very careful. But once we got down there it was serene and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and looking out at the Bay in the morning and at sunset. Chesapeake City and Chestertown are pretty close and we liked that. Chris was very kind and responded immediately the one time I sent a message. Thank you, Chris

Birthday Celebration Weekend

Our stay was amazing! Christine and Ash are wonderful hosts. Their home is lovely and very accommodating. From beautiful decor, fresh flowers and mint, to scenic bay views on the front patio and rear deck! The weather cooperated, resulting in perfect beach days and amazing sunsets on the Bay! We enjoyed dining at nearby Schaefer’s Inn and Chesapeake Inn. We look toward to our next visit! Sherry and Paul

Modern convenience plus quiet and a good rest.

Waterview cottage is comfortable and very clean. The accommodations look new and we had good sleep. The kitchen has most of the necessary equipment for meal preparation. A baking sheet pan is needed. WiFi and Roku TV was excellent. The primary bedroom bed was so tall/high my wife could not get in or out of it. That necessitated sleeping in the 2 twins. Plus, one of the twins was missing the top mini mattress. The view is mostly of the neighborhood street, nearby homes and their roofs and a small section of the Bay from the back deck and down the street view from the front deck. Nice deck furniture. Also, although warned by the website details, pay attention that there are no major or even smaller grocery stores closer than Cecilton (7.3 miles) and that is a large Dollar General.

Come for the view, stay for the neighbors

Nicely redone two BR cottage, lots of space in LR for pull out couch (my son found it was decent quality 👍). Wonderful to have a water view from both the front and back decks - short walk to the water (6 houses back?). Treats on arrival were a kind bonus. Even though it rained a few days, found things to do (wineries, Amish Market, Chesapeake City). No stores very close, so bring food - but also ate at the local Beach Bar — Fun group of neighbors around the bar (like Cheers!). Next door neighbor was nice - but be a good visitor and be respectful and keep the cars off the edge of the lawn. Chris helped us out with a small issue late evening - she was there right away . Wonderful place near the water! 👍👍
