This spacious two bedroom apartment is ideally located on the Fifth Floor of a deluxe elevator residence on the Promenade des Anglais, close to the Negresco Hotel and the restaurants and boutiques of the Carre D’Or area.

The flat is fully furnished in a tasteful mix of modern and past decor. The large entrance area opens up to a spectacular dining and living room with wall to wall sea views. The main bedroom with airco, has a bathroom en suite and also has a terrace overlooking the sea, complete with a table, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon aperitif. The second bedroom, with airco too, is located on the back side of the building with a filtered garden view. A fully equipped bathroom with shower and tub is next door.
Welcome in person.

The flat was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The view was excellent as was the location. Our host, Segolene, was quick to respond, kind, and exceptionally helpful. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again!

Very well decorated and clean property with a great sea view. The host was also excellent. - very kind, professional and helpful. I highly recommend this property for a stay in Nice.

We stayed for 3 nights in May, and it was more than we hoped for. The flat is in great location, easy walk to town, Rue Massena and local restaurants. The property was clean and exactly as advertised. The view from the balcony is fantastic, great for an early morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Segolene was a great host and made check in seamless.

We had an excellent stay in Nice—due to the outstanding villa and its location. Segolene was a wonderful host—met us @ check in & showed us around the villa. We found the villa to be even better than we expected and loved every minute of our stay—comfy beds, perfect balcony & sea views and walkable areas with lots of food choices. Highly recommend. I’m already planning our return. Thank you Segolene for a wonderful first trip to Nice

This apartment is located directly across the street from the promenade, about halfway between the airport and the old city center. You can basically walk across the street to swim, just beware of the rocky beaches in Nice, beach booties recommended. Within a 5-10 minute walk are numerous restaurants for dinner, and about a 5 minute walk in back of the building is a stop for the mass transit tram/subway. Location is extremely convenient for getting around the city, without being in the middle of the crowds.The apartment has large windows and a large balcony facing the ocean, on the 5th floor (elevator in building), excellent views. It was really clean and the kitchen was well stocked. A bottle of rosé and container of orange juice were awaiting us in the fridge upon check in (thanks!), also a Nespresso machine with pods that was appreciated. The A/C units are in the two bedrooms, they worked well. There's also a washing machine in the kitchen that we used.There's a bathroom attached to the ocean-facing master bedroom, with bathtub, sink, toilet. There's also a bathroom attached to the guest bedroom with a stall shower, sink, no toilet. There's a second toilet in a standalone room near the kitchen. We only used the stall shower which was really nice.We'd highly recommend this unit, very clean, great location, easy ocean access, close to tram station, and restaurants nearby. Segolene (our host) was extremely responsive and met us for check in. All good!

It has a magnificent view of the promenade d’anglais, Nice beach & Bay of Angels from the large balcony. It is a spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The agent was friendly & helpful.

First class and perfect location

This was the perfect location in Nice. The flat was top notch and very comfortable. Our check in process was well communicated and accommodating. We had no issues at all and would love to come back and stay again to have another bottle of wine while enjoying the balcony.

Lovely balcony views in Nice!

Property manager was quick to respond regarding check in process, questions about property, and when we had issues with plumbing and air conditioning. Beautiful views of the ocean and easy walk to local eateries and shops!

Great location and amenities

Great location and amenities. Cold A/C and lots of privacy between two rooms. The balcony, elevator, and laundry were huge perks. The boardwalk can be loud with music, but the sliding doors on the balcony did a decent job of blocking the noise (bedroom was quieter than the living room, which was great). Being across the road from the beach was an absolute pleasure, and I would love to stay here again.

We loved our stay in Nice in this apartment! Segolene was wonderful. She had our flight info and met us at the property to check us in. We were allowed to check in early, which was so nice! The apartment is exactly as pictured and described, yet so much better in person! Absolutely stunning views from the large balcony where we enjoyed coffee every morning. The location is perfect and we enjoyed a sunrise swim each morning at the public beach across the street. We would most definitely stay here again and I wish I could rate it 100/10. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!!

Apartment on the boulevard

Just a wonderful apartment with graet view of the promenade. Clean and very comfortable. Great access and secure. Well equipped to make the stay comfortable. This was everything we could ask for in a stay. The family was more than happy with the host and the apartment. Highly recommend. Nothing more than pure joy. Blessings.

Great weekend in Nice

We had a great stay in Nice, thanks in large part to our fantastic rental! Great location, clean, and close to everything. The only drawback was on Fri and sat night we could hear the bar/disco across the street’s music when trying to sleep. It stopped at midnight however. Check in and communication with host was easy and efficient

Great Location, Wonderful View

We enjoyed our stay. The location and Mediterranean views are exemplary. The property is as advertised. Street noise level can be high. The apartment is spacious, airy and pleasant. Be sure to make precise arrangements with the property manager for arrival time as the property is behind an unattended locked gate. Once inside it’s all good!

Perfection in Nice

This apartment is truly a gem! I'm very particular with lodging and I couldn't have been happier with this one for a girls trip with my daughter and granddaughter. It's on the 6th floor (American) with beautiful views of the sea and the coast from the large balcony. Each bedroom has its own bath and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a washing machine. Ségolène was communicative before and during our stay and was there to greet us when we arrived. It's a 20-minute walk to the Old Town and a short drive to the airport. I can't say enough about it; you won't be disappointed!

A great unit in a perfect location.

We rented this property for 6 weeks (April 1 thru May 13). It presents itself just as the photos show. We loved it and it quickly became home to us. It is very well equipped with everything you need for a long term stay. The location was perfect. A short 1 1/2 block walk to the Tram. A 20 minute walk to the main train station, 20 minutes to the outdoor market and another 5 beyond that to the heart of Old Town. The location on the Promenade was perfect. Two really good restaurant options within 2 blocks that became favorites and a great beach bar just across the street. I will add that Ségolène was very helpful greeting us, getting us oriented and then always available for questions. We had the chance to meet and have a drink with the owner who also lives in the building. A wonderful surprise. The biggest challenge for us was leaving. And we are talking about when we can return again and we would come right back here.

You can also walk to the famous CARNIVAL DE NICE, one of the most famous in the world from February to March or to the jazz festival in July, the GRAND PRIX DE MONACO on May ....

The proximity of the bus stations (at the foot of the building) or the tramway 5 minutes walk away : STATION / CUM or Centre Universitaire Méditerranée, not to mention the SNCF STATION 20 minutes walk away will allow you to easily visit our entire magnificent COTE D'AZUR: ANTIBES, JUAN LES PINS VILLEFRANCHE, ST JEAN CAP FERRAT AND OF COURSE MONACO/MONACO. And why not treat yourself to a little getaway to Italy: SAN REMO, ALASSIO...

YOU CANNOT DREAM BETTER than this apartment with an incredible view and an exceptional location ..
