- Holiday Rental - House Rules for Guests and Visitors House Rules are provided at the Property to ensure that Guests and Visitors know and comply with the specific Rules governing their permission to enter and occupy the Property. 1) General requirements a) Guest and Visitors must comply with all House Rules, By-Laws and instructions from the Manager and security services during their stay; and b) Guests must notify the Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbours as soon as is practicable. 2) Noise and Residential amenity a) Guests and Visitors must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10pm - 8am and during arrival and departure at any time throughout the occupancy; b) Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of permission to occupy the Property, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges for security and other expenses which may be deducted from Security Deposit or Bond under the Terms and Conditions; and c) Guests and Visitors must not engage in anti-social behaviour and must minimise their impact upon the residential amenity of neighbours and local community. 3) Visitors a) Guests are responsible for ensuring the limits set on Visitor numbers is complied with at all times; and b) Guests are responsible for ensuring that Visitors comply with these House Rules. c) The maximum number of Guests permitted at a Property must not exceed a maximum of 2 adults per bedroom, total of 4 guests Gatherings or functions a) The Property is not a “party house” and any such activities are strictly prohibited; and b) Any gathering, celebration or entertainment permitted at a Property must not conflict with residential amenity and must comply with all the other requirements. 4) Garbage and recycling a) Guests and Visitors are to dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance with the usual practice at the Property in the allocated bins, and excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas; 5) Security Whenever you are absent from the Property, close all windows and doors to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. 6) Swimming Pool :No glassware is permitted in the pool areas. Unbreakable glasses are supplied for these areas d) Children are only allowed in the pool when there is one adult for every two children using the pool. 7)Smoking is not permitted indoors. 8) Pets are not permitted at this property. 9) Damages and breakages Damages and breakages must be reported to the Manager. . 10) Toilets: Please do not put toilet paper, wipes or sanitary items into the toilet. The sewage system in Cyprus is different from the UK and cannot cope with such items, if blockage occurs it will be extremely unpleasant for you. Bins and plastic bags are provided next to each toilet. 13) On departure arrangements Please see the owner/manager prior to your departure to make arrangements regarding keys, security, dish washing, rubbish, etc. Compliance a) Breach of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy

Das Ferienhaus hatte eine tolle Lage, Strand ,Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren sehr nah.
Das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet und sehr schön.
Das Einzige, was verbesserungsbedarf hätte sind die Matratzen der Betten.
Sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Unser 'erstes Mal' in Zypern war eine tolle Erfahrung. Wir wollten eigentlich nur gutes Wetter und bekamen viel mehr. Für eine Baustelle kann der Vermieter nichts - rechts nebenan gab es über ca. drei Tage hinweg immer mal wieder zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten Lärm. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern. Wir waren mit vier Teenagern vor Ort und hatten zwei kleine Schäden, die Kaution wurde dennoch sofort überwiesen. Man hört zu bestimmten Tageszeiten die Straße zwischen Coral Bay und Paphos, aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Schöner gepflegter Pool und eine tolle Badebucht vor der Haus,-, bzw. Gartentür! Wir haben schon Freunden dieses tolle Objekt empfohlen und würden sofort selbst wiederkommen.
Stunning villa with beautiful garden
The villa is lovely, well furnished with comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, a beautiful well equipped kitchen, a big TV that connects to netflix easily, and good wi-fi. Outside there are several seating areas, the gorgeous pool, which we used a lot every day and the beautiful garden with BBQ overlooking the beach. It is a very short walk to the beach which has a lifeguard and beach bar. The villa was everything we needed for a holiday with teenagers. Mary is the most helpful owner and put us in touch with a local travel company to arrange car hire and trips, which were wonderful. Mary also arranged our transfers to and from the airport by taxi which made it much easier for me (rather than having to pick up a car at the airport and navigate on the first evening!). The location is an easy drive to Paphos - we loved the aquapark which was clean and well-staffed. We found a vegan cafe (Meraki Market Cafe) along the way to Paphos on the main road as well as a restaurant Penguinos near the harbour that serves gluten-free food. I would thoroughly recommend this villa and the owner Mary, who made us feel wlecome and our stay hassle-free, many thanks.

Very quiet peaceful location but close enough to Paphos/Coral bay for shopping etc and any nightlife if you want it.
We hired a car but there’s a good bus service so I certainly wouldn’t say it was essential.
Some good restaurants nearby.
Villa pool was lovely also.
Booked to come back next year already!
Kissonerga, Coral Bay é um resort costeiro no Chipre Ocidental, a uma curta distância de Paphos. A vila fica à beira do precipício com vista para o oceano Mediterrâneo e praia abaixo. É apenas uma caminhada de cinco minutos da praia, situada em uma pequena enseada de areia. Restaurantes, lojas e bares a uma curta distância. Coral Bay Village a cinco minutos de carro. Paphos, com seu porto histórico, o Forte Medieval e os mercados antigos, fica a apenas 10 minutos de carro.
Os locais de interesse das proximidades incluem as Montanhas Troodos, Península de Akamas, Turtle Bay, trilhas naturais, Aphrodites Rock and Baths e Anfiteatro Antigo Curium. As pitorescas vilas piscatórias de Latchi e Polis estão a 25 minutos de carro e lanchas privadas de aluguel podem ser levadas para a lagoa azul.
Nicósia, a capital e a última cidade dividida restante, fica a 2 horas de carro; é a cidade mais moderna e cosmopolita da ilha, com vistas deslumbrantes sobre a fronteira grega / turca.
