Welcome to Vista @ Via Tayanna, a private 160-acre retreat perched in the rolling hills east of Temecula. The property sits along what locals consider the eastern branch of the Temecula Valley wine tour — the scenic back-country route that winds from Temecula’s wineries through Aguanga and south along Highway 79 towards Julian. It’s a peaceful, wide-open stretch of countryside that feels remote while still giving quick access to tasting rooms, vineyards, and boutique wineries throughout the Temecula wine region.
This is the quiet side of wine country: big skies, mountain views, and total privacy. At night the stars are unreal. During the day, you’re minutes from the Temecula tasting circuit, local farm stands, hiking, and scenic drives.
The property includes two separate living spaces, making it ideal for families, couples traveling together, or groups that want privacy.
Main Home — 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Large open kitchen and living room
The primary residence features three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The layout is spacious and practical, with an open living area and plenty of natural light. Bedrooms are set apart enough for privacy, and the bathrooms are clean, modern, and easy for groups to share.
Granny Suite — 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, with kitchenette
It’s perfect for in-laws, grandparents, a second couple, or anyone who wants their own quiet space. The suite includes a private entrance, its own bathroom, and a peaceful atmosphere separate from the main living areas.
Outdoor seating areas are arranged to make the most of the views, and the attached guest house allows for extra privacy while still staying close to the main home. Guests are welcome to roam the full 160 acres of the property — wide open desert, rolling ridges, and quiet places to sit and take in the view. There are natural walking paths, sunrise spots, and stretches of land where you won’t hear anything but wind and birds. It’s a place to slow down: take a walk with your coffee in the morning, watch the colors change in the evening, or just pick a spot to sit and think. No crowds. No neighbors close by. Just open space, sky, and silence when you want it.
