Great location. Comfortable condo

Great location. This condo is within walking distance to restaurants and a Walgreens as well as The Orleans casino. Check in was a little cumbersome as we had to physically get the door keys from the owner but Pete was great to deal with. The condo has pretty much everything you need for day to day cooking. The bed is super comfortable and the unit was very clean. The complex was quiet with gated entrance. One minor issue for us was that it was up 18 stairs which regularly is not a problem but taking suitcases and groceries up was annoying. Also the pools and one hot tub are closed in the winter; only one hot tub was open But I highly recommend this condo.

Great place to stay

Pete, the home owner was wonderful with communication and answering any questions we had. The home had all the amenities we needed and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and bedding. The bedrooms are very large with two closets in each bedroom. Dressers are modern with lots of drawers to store belongings. The bathrooms are big with up to date showers and sinks while the master bathroom has a garden size bathtub/shower combo. This is in a gated community, close to stores, food, and entertainment. We were here for a month, and had no issues at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent condo

Stayed in the condo for a week in April, 2017. the place was exactly as stated in the description. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds and nice comfy living room. We had rented a car and found it very easy to get every where we needed. Pete was very helpful with directions and access to the condo was very easy. Felt very safe in the gated community. Relaxed around the pool. Enjoyed walking in the park right across the road. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Pete for the great holiday

Great Location

We have stayed at this facility before and have been very happy with it. The location is great as it is close enough to the strip but far enough away to not feel like you are part of the hustle. The community is gated which is a bonus. The park across the street is very nice and provides a great place to walk or run. Would for sure stay again.
