L ' appartement est mal placé en hiver car il est sans soleil il faut de la lumière toute la journée , il y a de l 'humidité dans les chambres , très bon accueil de Kristina .

Muy buena zona, y tiempo estupendo. En general todo muy bien, por ponerle un pero diría poner una manilla en la puerta de la terraza para poder abrir y cerrar desde fuera. Por el resto genial.

Not as described. Basic. Give a wide berth. 1 star given as it did not accept 0.
The place is described as Luxury/High spec. It is neither, other than the kitchen area, it is very tired.
We were told it had central heating and AC. It had radiators that did not work, when we questioned this the owner got plumber out to check boiler. It turned out the boiler he had put in was not able to heat radiators only hot water.
When we contacted owner, he said he meant heating was via AC unit!
IMO this comment is untrue otherwise WHY did he pay for a plumber to check the boiler??
TV was tiny but worse was you could only see about 3/4 channels and none of them were in English!
Owners response was his descriptor only says there is TV, NOT that there is English speaking TV?! And as most of his guests are Spanish/German it has not been a problem.
He is English, he was renting to English people, would it not have been a curtosy to let us know that we wouldn't have English TV?
I found his response to problems totally unprofessional and clearly he could not have cared less.
His original description says property was disability accessible (he has now removed this descriptor due to our complaints to homeaway that property is not disability accessible) and suitable for elderly/infirm (which is still a descriptor on homeaway)
This property is not IMO suitable for any of these. You could not get my wheelchair into the bathroom at all (I'm lucky I can get out of wheelchair but if you could not you could not have used bathroom) the steps into/out of property would also have been almost impossible for wheelchair user.
As I say owner has removed disability accessible from descriptor however in his last message he told me there were no specific rules regarding disability access so he had done nothing wrong?!? (IMO that's a matter for his own conscience)
Unless the owner removes the shower screen around the bath anyone elderly or infirm would find it almost impossible to get in and out of bath (there is roughly 12/14 inches space when screen open and approx 9inches between exit space and sink, very tight to get out of bath/shower)
We stayed only 2 nights and complained to both the owner and homeaway.
Owner eventually refunded some of the money we paid, it ended up costing half monthly cost for 2 nights stay in what I would call basic accommodation, some
of this was fees to homeaway, very expensive.
Homeaway do not solve problems,and say "we ask owner/client to resolve issues between themselves" They do not check properties.So you have no protecti
We have been letting out our apartment for nearly 15 years and I am pleased to say that nearly all the people that have stayed with us have had a great time. Many of them have re-booked with us several times. In 2019 alone we already have 4 families booked in with us that have stayed with us previously - we must be doing something right!
Unfortunately there are occasions in life where you cannot please everyone. These people made an official complaint to HomeAway who then fully investigated, rightly so, and this is the response we had from them :-
