House inserted in very private property of 2 Ha. It has 2 bedrooms, living room , kitchen (fully equipped) and bathroom.
The house is only available to guests who have rented the house and the host. This is a private location (only the guests and the host have access to the property) and scrupulous cleaning measures are respected in order to prevent COVID 19. During the stay, guests will not have to contact anyone on the property, except the host who will always comply with safety and social distance rules.
The property comprises the main house (where the host lives), 2 swimming pools (one with flowing spring water located at one end of the farm with a magnificent view), wine cellar, grove, vineyard, orchard and vegetable garden.
Ideal place for those looking to relax in a rustic, calm and natural environment and want to forget the hustle and bustle of the city
On the farm you can:
-walk in the woods and among vineyards, chestnut and eucalyptus trees;
- rest in the various hammocks in pleasant and restful places and in the shade of leafy trees where you can enjoy a book or simply doze off;
-picnicking in the woods, in the garden, by the pool or in the cool cellar
Enjoy the quality of life, have the privilege of being able to use the swimming pools at any time, see magnificent sunsets over the mountains enjoying a fresh bath, wake up to the birds chirping, smell the tilies, honeysuckle and Jasmine and be rocked by the sound of crickets and cicadas at dusk;
- enjoy rest and privacy but may participate in the activities of the farm if you wishand enjoy nature.
The host lives on the farm in an independent house but is available to assist when necessary. The privacy of the guests is respected. In the property there are two female dogs very calm and friendly.
