After a well maintained track you end up at the Estate. Most of the two hectares are fully landscaped and well kept with nice grass areas amongst some lovely old olive trees. When entering the villa you have a landing where you can go left up the stairs, taking you the first floor. There are three bedrooms on the first floor.
The master bedroom has a large double bed and a large bunk bed. All beds and mattresses are of AA-very high quality. Even the bunk beds are large size and also fitted with high quality mattresses and are very comfortable for adults as well. The master bedroom is en-suite and has a bath and a large walk in shower.
The second bedroom is also en-suite and also has a large double bed and a large bunk bed. The bathrooms has a walk in shower.
The third bedroom is more the so called kids bedroom. The room has 2 bunk beds in there, where one of the bottom beds of the bunk beds is a double so in this room could sleep 5 persons if need be.
On the ground floor you have two more bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. The fifth bedroom has a bunk bed and a sofa bed which can be made as a double. This room is also used as extra relax/ TV room. These two bedrooms on the ground floor share a bathroom.
There is a large spacious lounge with French doors to the terrace and a big fireplace. This high ceiling Lounge also has a Large flat screen TV, DVD etc. Adjacent to the lounge is the very impressive dining room. With its massive wooden table makes this very suitable for big family dinners when not possible to eat outside.
Next to the dining is the kitchen. This big kitchen has plenty of fridges and is fully equipped to cater for numerous people. Plenty of glasses and plates etc. Also all kind of kitchen machines are present and even an ice machine. There is a separate laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
In the living you have access to the basement level. Through the wine racks you end up in the games room, which also can be used as conference room to hold business meetings. All is present to have a professional meeting. In the Boardroom is also the pool table and more stuff for kids such a play station 2 and Karoke set.
Inside and outside the villa the Traditional Quinta style has been brought back giving it lots of character. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has under floor heating. Also there is a wireless computer network and WIFI internet of course. In all a complete villa very suitable villa to stay in all luxury and comfort for large families and groups. But that is only inside.
Outside next to the kitchen you have the covered BBQ area. A very large traditional table which seats 12 but can be extended to seat more. A very large Brick built BBQ in the outside kitchen. Than the pool. The pool is very large, can be heated and an infinity so when swimming you can en joy the fantastic views. There are 12 sun loungers and a lounge garden set. So plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. When not in the pool area you can walk through the beautiful gardens sloping down to the tennis and football court and skate park. All just for private used only.
Right at the entrance the owner has restored and old ruin into a kind of small museum which really contributes to the authenticity of the Quinta. Adjacent to the Quinta the owner has another slightly smaller 5 bedroom villa which can also be rented together, so you can accommodate even more people if need be.
