Located in a secure gated community set around a beautifully maintained garden, this apartment offers a peaceful and family-friendly setting, with plenty of safe outdoor space for children to play. Praia Dona Ana, one of Lagos’ most stunning beaches, is just 250 metres away and can be reached directly from the property by foot.

The highlight of the home is the large balcony, which offers lovely views over the garden and the sea. With its canopy for shade, it is the perfect place to relax, dine, or simply enjoy the ocean breeze. The apartment features two bedrooms, one with two beds (it is possible to join them to get a double bed) and another with three, making it ideal for families or small groups. The spacious living and dining area seats up to five people and includes comfortable sofas, a TV with international satellite channels, and broadband Wi-Fi. The open-plan kitchen connects to the living room and is fully equipped with all the essentials you may need during your stay. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower and bidet, and another with a shower.

Outside there is ample parking, and the apartment also includes a private parking space in the building’s garage.

The apartment is especially well suited for families with children, with several child-friendly features including safety latches on windows and doors, a toilet adapter, and a securely fixed TV. For younger guests, a high chair, cot, toys, and books are also available.

For golf enthusiasts, the apartment is also an excellent base for a golf holiday, with a wide choice of outstanding courses located between 5 and 30 minutes away by car.

The condominium also has a swimming pool; however, please note that it is not available for guest use and is therefore not included.

This was a fantastic apartment complex. Multiple cafes, so close to the beach, great pool(closes at 7p), and beautiful view. We had a wonderful stay.

Great stay

This a perfect apartment complex to have a great holiday! Views of the terrace are incredible. Easy access to pool and beach. Walking to center of Lagos is about at 10-15 min walk.

Nice view

Nice and big apartment with everything you need. Almost the whole sun on the balcony. Toys for both kids is also very nice. The city center of Lagos is een short walk. Definitely a good place to stay.

a different kind of vacation, a stay local vacation

the property was as advertised. the owner responded to all concerns and help was always available by phone. There was a local twice a week caretaker visits. Surprise access to Netfliks, Prime video and Max HBO in english was great for ending our evenings. we are serious considering re applying for this suite for our 2024 spring vacation time. LAGOS was nice, quiet and pleasant .

Unfortunately I couldn't open the door and was here alone friends visited a few days so I could go out I had hoped to sit by the pool the Best Bit is the balcony and view I had problems with the tv so limited to what I could do well equipped and good for a family

Dear Lavinia, As we expressed before, we regret that due to a phisical impairment you can only use one arm to open the door from outside, but we think our door is adequate and has been functional for more than 20 years. Until now we were not able to understand your difficulties to operate our standard TV set, but I believe you will agree that as soon you told us that by email, our local caretaker went to the apartment several times to try to check the situation and she was not allowed to even enter or explain herself, despite you ultimately even expressed by email that you desired her assistance. We deeply regreat this situations, but honestly, we believe that we could not do better than what we did.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It felt very comfortable and it was lovely to sit in the lounge, in the evenings, after a meal out in Lagos. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and we never tired of sitting there looking out to the Ocean. We thought the apartment was very well equipped but if you wanted some feedback to improve then a kettle would be handy for us Brits (who like our tea!). It wasn’t a problem or issue for us but something others may miss…(it seems a trivial point when your apartment was so lovely…) We had a fantastic holiday and most of that was due to your lovely apartment and its’ location.

The essential is everything we can do! But of course, we already have a kettle and also added a juicer. We are sure that these simple improvements increase comfort and help our guests to take the most of their holidays.

Very nice!

We hadden een super verblijf in dit appartement. Locatie is perfect: uitzicht over zee, zwembad en vlakbij het centrum. De kinderbedjes stonden keurig opgemaakt klaar en er was speelgoed waar onze twee jarige zich prima mee heeft vermaakt. Fijn dat er een hekje voor de keuken was. Top!

Große, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Meerblick

Die Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben, gut eingerichtet, großer Balkon mit manueller Markise. Die Küchenausstattung mit Filterkaffeemaschine, Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, 2-Platten-Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle mit Heißluftbackofen, neuer Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank ist wirklich komplett. Zu allen Geräten gibt es ausführliche Beschreibungen, die allerdings nicht aktuell waren, da einige Geräte ganz neu waren. Der Vermieter hat uns aber die neuen Anleitungen direkt per Mail geschickt. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, eines mit 2 Einzelbetten, das andere mit einem Einzelbett und einen Doppelstockbett. Die Matratzen sind gut und alle Fenster lassen sich mit Klappläden und Verdunkelungsvorhängen sehr gut verdunkeln. Es gibt zwei Bäder, jeweils mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette. Als wir im April dort waren, war die riesige Anlage maximal zu 20 % belegt, so dass es auch sehr ruhig war. Das könnte in der Hochsaison anders sein. Die Tiefgarage ist bei größeren Fahrzeugen mit Vorsicht zu genießen, wir haben lieber auf den Außenparkplätzen geparkt. Wir können uns gut vorstellen in der Vor- oder Nachsaison die Wohnung nochmal zu mieten, vor allem der Balkon mit Meerblick hat es uns angetan.

I absolutely love this place!! It is so close to everything!! The unit had everything one would need to stay. Close to beach, pool onsite. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Such a great place I will be back!

Logement parfait. Bien situé. Avec tout l'équipement pour passer de bonnes vacances. Piscine et plage. Lagos est une jolie petite ville. Une remarque utile pour les vacanciers : pour avoir de l'eau chaude au lavabo et bidet dans la salle de bain il faut d'abord mettre la douche en marche.. nous avons du appeler la personne sur place pour résoudre ce problème.. Il faudrait signaler ceci dans les instructions et également signaler qu'il y a une supérette dans la résidence.

Bonjour Marie-Claude, Merci beaucoup pour vos commentaires et suggestions. L'opération que vous décrivez concernant la disponibilité de l'eau chaude dans la salle de bain n'est pas une caractéristique permanente, elle se produit parce que la pression de l'alimentation en eau de la copropriété était faible pendant un certain temps, en raison de l'insuffisance du fournisseur. Ce type d'opération ne se produit que dans ces conditions, mais en fait en se référant à cette possibilité dans le manuel d'utilisation de la maison, c'est sans aucun doute une excellente suggestion. Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, les photos correspondent bien à la réalité : la vue de la terrasse est juste magnifique. La piscine dans la résidence est très pratique, de même la petite supérette (commande de pain possible), l'accès à la plage se fait aussi très facilement et la résidence est calme. L'accès au centre de Lagos est rapide à pied. L'appartement est très bien aménagé et équipé et il est confortable. Le service avec ménage et changement de serviette 1 fois dans la semaine est bien appréciable... La personne sur place qui "gère" le logement est très serviable (mais ne parle pas français et peu anglais). * Lagos est central et bien situé nous avons pu naviguer entre mer et océan facilement... Bref nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement.

Vue magnifique et emplacement idéal!!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce très confortable appartement, qui est à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville, 5 minutes d’un plage époustouflante et avec toutes les commodités nécessaires! Sans parler de la vue du balcon où nous avons passer le plus clair de notre temps! Je le conseille fortement!

Super Lage, gute Ausstattung

Alles wunderbar, Lage, Ausstattung, Empfang durch Verwalterin, wlan, wahnsinns Balkon, riesen Pool, Strandnähe, Tiefgarage..... Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen dafür aber sehr, sehr umfangreich. Klimaanlage fehlt, geht aber gut ohne Dusche dank Durchlauferhitzer etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Leider ist ein teures Kleid meiner Frau abhanden gekommen, das trübt halt den Gesamteindruck....

Schöne Wohnung in Toplage

Die Wohnung ist schön, sauber und befindet sich in einer Toplage. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß in derStadt und trotzdem ist man direkt oberhalb einer schönen Meeresbucht. Ausserdem gibt es ein großes zur Anlage gehörendes Schwimmbad. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Entgegen einer Bewertung aus 2017 finden wir bemerkenswert, dass hier alles funktionkiert und in gutem Zustand ist. Die grosse Markise ist genial, man kann sich auf die schönen Liegen auf die Terrasse legen, auf's Meer schauen und sich die Sonnenbestrahlung auf der Haut quasi zentimetergenau einstellen... Es sind auch nahezu alle deutschen TV-Kanäle zu empfangen (ist auf den ersten Blick vielleicht nicht ganz leicht zu finden, falls der Sat-Receiver nicht schon auf den richtigen Satelliten eingestellt ist). Internet funktioniert auch prima (Router direkt in der Wohnung). In dieser Wohnung kann man den Urlaub auch geniessen, wenn das Wetter mal nicht so schön ist (was bei uns diesmal manchmal der Fall war). Denn dann lässt es sich dort einfach sehr gut ein bisschen "portugiesisch wohnen". Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bei allen Fragen schnell und problemlos zu erreichen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Tolle Lage, Anlage und Wohnung leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super; die Anlage selbst würde mal ein bisschen neue Farbe vertragen; der große Pool ist genial! Die Wohnung ist leider auch renovierungsbedürftig: die Markise ist stark eingerissen - Frühstücken auf dem Balkon daher wegen der Sonne nicht möglich! Hier wäre ein separater Sonnenschirm von Vorteil. Die Abflüsse der Wanne/Dusche sind extrem verstopft. Die Waschmaschine ist kaum zu bedienen, da sie nur mit extremer Kraft und Glück anzubekommen ist! Der Vermieter ist aber sehr zuvorkommend und reagiert schnell auf Emails und kümmert sich darum, angezeigte Mängel schnellstens zu beheben. Daher insgesamt 4 Sterne von mir!

The best view!

Me and my family spent 3 weeks in this nice apartment and we enjoyed every second of it. The view from the terrace was just breath-taking and many hours were spent there every evening. The apartment was perfect for the three of us and located in walking distance from the city center and many lovely beaches. We will be back for sure!

We are based primarily in the Lisbon area, which is why we love spending our free time at our apartment in Lagos. We are a family of four and enjoy going for walks, playing golf, relaxing at the beach, and more recently, trying out stand-up paddle. What we love most about this home is how easy it makes beach life, with such close access, as well as the opportunity to stroll around the beautiful town of Lagos, enjoy fresh seafood, and explore other parts of the Algarve. Another aspect we truly value is the way the condominium is arranged around a refreshing, well-maintained garden. Over the years, it has been a perfect space both for children to play and for us to relax and enjoy our leisure time as a family.
