Very nice house for our week long stay

5 of 5
Rosemary was great!!! She communicated very well and the house was described perfectly. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The basement room does have a low ceiling, so our 6'2" co-worker could not really stand up down there, but he didn't need to be down there, so All Good. There is an awkward step down into the two bedrooms, but once we were aware of it, it did not bother us. The neighborhood was very quiet, and very convenient for all the things we needed to do. Would certainly rent again if we get back to the area.

A surprise package in a commonplace wrapper.

When you arrive at the address, you are certain you are at the wrong address. But inside all is as promised! Newly re-habbed, high-end appliances, big screen TVs, all the bells and whistles you were anticipating. A few missteps, but nothing major. Water filter on the frige needs to be replaced and we couldn't find any hand towels. It may be a bit of a stretch to call the location central, but the easy access to the bus system and the extent to which the system will move you about make this a most do-able location. A hint: if you are unfamiliar with the bus system as we were, go into a convenience store and buy tickets for the bus. It takes two $1.70 tickets to pay for a ride. Your receipt is your transfer pass. If you have questions, ask the drivers. We found them to be friendly and more than willing to help. We took a Capital Taxi back to the airport. We had booked it on the web the night before and received a text confirmation as well as a notice when the taxi was approaching.
