Great location, beautiful home

4 of 5
We had six people for three nights at the Rincon Point home and had a wonderful time. The location is private and quiet, but with easy beach access. The location is close enough to Carpinteria and Santa Barbara that trips in to town for restaurants or shopping are fast and easy. The bedrooms are large and comfortable and the kitchen was nicely outfitted for cooking at the house. The large dining table made family meals a breeze. The only complaint is that the entertainment equipment is dated and limited. The only music connection is a Bose docking station which only supports older iPods and three adults could not figure out the television, which appears to only have one local station. Not a big deal for adults, but it would had been nice to have access to Netflix for entertaining the two young kids. Simple and inexpensive updates to the available entertainment would maake this house into a 5-star rating. The service provided by Paradise Retreats was excellent and the home was spotlessly clean on our arrival. Beach chairs, a kayak and two beach cruiser bikes are available for use.
