Great stay!!

This is our second stay at this great property. We stay here for a convention every year. This property is great for a group or staying with your team for a convention. Denise is a great host and the property is clean and well maintained. You can walk over to 2nd street and have great dinner. The neighborhood is quiet and nice.

Cool house.

The house is everything that we expected. Susan has taken time to add little things here and there to make it so it is convenient to stay at her house. A couple of examples that come to mind are plenty of toilet paper. I caught a bit of the flu that is going around in my area, so I needed to blow my nose a lot more than usual, so a few extra rolls of toilet paper came in handy , before we made time to go to the store. One other example is spices in the kitchen. So we went to the store , got a lot of the things that we needed to start cooking , except for salt. Good thing Susan had a grinder with some Himalayan salt that we were able to use until the next trip to the store. The house was pretty clean in a nice area where we could walk , with access to parking in front of the house most of the time. My family and I had a great stay and we decided that if we make plans to come back to Long Beach in the summer time we might try to book this house. One last thing that I want to mention is that I feel that Susan is easy to talk to. In my opinion that is important and as very much a part of the whole experience of this house.
