Recent Sunshine Key RV Resort & Marina Reviews

        Paradise is alive and well!

        5 of 5
We stayed right in the middle of Sunshine Key RV Resort in Cabana 49 the week after Christmas 2016. It's basically a park model mobile home with two slide outs attached. It has a fantastic large covered porch on the front that greatly expands the useable living area. I actually slept on the couch on the front porch the first night (and NOT because I was in trouble!). It's more than adequate for a family of 4. It only has one bathroom but the campground facilities are no more than 150 feet away. The campground is surrounded by water on 3 sides. It has a fantastic marina on site. The park has great facilities for people of all ages. We saw youngsters enjoying the basketball and sand volleyball courts as well as older folks playing "Pickle Ball" on the tennis courts. The swimming pool was always busy. It lies between Marathon and Big Pine Key, two more populated areas with most anything you may need. You can access either with about a 15 minute drive or so, depending on traffic. In short, go ahead and book your stay. I doubt you'll be sorry.
