A Wonderful, Well Equipped Get Away

5 of 5
We stayed here with our 17 year old daughter and several of her friends and we all had an amazing time. We arrived after an 11 hour drive from the Dallas area. Check in was a simple and professional process. The view from condo is stunning, custom (I assume?) black-out drapes are a nice touch with the loft upstairs. They enable the guests upstairs to still sleep while others on first floor are milling about in the morning. The master on main with the other sleeping quarters upstairs was just perfect for our dynamics. The condo is on the 3rd (top) floor which was nice because we didn't have to worry about any noise coming from above. The linens were great quality and there were extra sheets and a quilt provided for the queen sleeper sofa (I don't think it is mentioned in description but it is a bonus so should be). It takes only a minute to walk down the two short flights of stairs (no elevator) then to the private entrance to the beach for which you will receive a code. The condo was very clean, tidy and cozy. I'm often disappointed in the cleanliness of accommodations so I was pleasantly surprised when it wasn't at all necessary to clean before unpacking. This condo is situated near a little inlet which would be perfect for little kids but our girls loved it too. Shopping is so close including the Donut Hut (yum), Perfect Pig, Angelina's (delish) and Seaside Beach. Publix is just a short drive away. We ate almost every meal at the condo. I had requested a crock pot when I reserved the place and it was SO nice to have a hot supper cooking while we were still enjoying the beautiful water and sun. Thank you! The kitchen is so well equipped...sharp cutting knives, eating utensils, mugs, glasses, plates, bowls, pitchers for tea, pots and pans, baking sheets and muffin tins, can openers and so much more. My favorite thing was the Ninja blender/food processor. It made smoothies a snap! The Cuisenart coffee maker made the perfect pot of coffee. A single Keurig machine would make a nice addition for those who prefer decaf. The Bosch appliances worked great except the refrigerator water was intermittent...didn't flow well and leaked when it did flow. You are provided with a few dishwasher tabs, cleaner for one load of laundry and dishwashing detergent, sponge and little bath essentials. A nice touch and great if you arrive late in the day and will get you by until you can shop.

Great value and great view

Just a great little unit with an outstanding view. Would be nice if the owner replaced the balcony furniture, but other than that, it was perfect.
