              Nice Property

              4 of 5
The property was nice. Our kids loved the pool setup and used the slide constantly for the first three days. House was nice. We saw a manatee out on the dock. Kevin was very attentive. So, no real complaints. We did have a few pest issues, but they reportedly regularly treat for them bi-weekly. Also, you are responsible to pay a certain percentage of the electricity and gas over a certain percentage used - so keep in mind that will be deducted from your damage deposit and isn’t covered in the base cost. Overall, I’d recommend it to a family who either doesn’t have kids or has kids and does t mind traveling 30-50 minutes to state parks or the beaches and paying tolls both ways. The location isn’t the best for this and is the primary reason we wouldn’t use it again.
